I would not advise anyone go to this shipley’s. I came here to get my kids donuts on the window they have a sign saying the GUARENTEE HOT donuts until 10am..mind you I came at 9:20 and received cold donuts. When I went back to ask for hot donuts the Hispanic girl was extremely rude and says well you didn’t ask me for hot donuts so they proceeded to give me the hot donuts and I ask for the manager to let her know of the service I received, she too to my surprise was careless and I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a receipt and took the donuts….three of the employees came yelling at me telling me to leave the store and would not even give me the store number when corporate asked for it…I ended up calling corporate and will not ever return to this place again most horrible service I have ever received! My mother also has gone to this location and gotten stale donuts, just decided to give a second chance but it won’t be a third! I will be notifying every state agency I can about the quality of the food and service at this location!

My husband went in to get us breakfast before heading to the dog park. The person behind the counter was unwelcoming and rude. The food was disgusting. Everything was undercooked. We took one bite of our food and didn't finish it. We had to throw it away.

Last 3 times I bought here the donuts just tasted like grease. Maybe the fryer wasn’t warm enough? Looking for a new donut place. The staff are friendly and quick, so that’s something.
Easily the BEST Shipley in the area! Fantastic service. The employees are fast and friendly. The food is hot and fresh, especially the kolaches.
