I'm absolutely furious! The service was abysmal, the food was trash, and they had the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for it all! Those 1-star reviews hit the nail on the head. And what's worse? Despite the store's feeble attempts to address them, nothing changes! It's a disgrace that this sorry excuse for a Shipley exists in our neighborhood!

New location, operating like an old one. Serving cold hard donuts at only 10am. Didn't even bother to heat it up or ask if I wanted it warm.The same person that took my dirty CASH, is the same person that went to physically bag my donuts.. Without washing hands. That's not looking out for public health at all.Most new locations have a separate cashier that doesn't go touching donuts after touching a customer's card/cash. Putting on the gloves with dirty hands kind of defeats the purpose.

My nephew was so excited with his donut! It was soft and not dry. It was topped with a donut hole and icing over it. The young man working the counter was super friendly and very helpful!

Well I would love to tell you about how the donuts taste. If the inside was clean or not but I can't. Because we just pulled up at 6:45pm on a Sunday and they were closed! Even though they should be open till 8. That is why we drove 15 minutes out of our way.

Most of team strike that balance of sweet but not sickening, and their filled donuts come with just the right amount of filling.If you've got a major sweet-tooth, though, go with the Bullseye. It is essentially a donut cupcake, and it was a great idea.There is also a very nice guy working here that is incredibly personable and charming- I missed his name, but it was just him mid-day on a Saturday and my friend and I probably spent 15 minutes just chatting with him and swapping fun facts before we left. Definitely made it worth going in the store.

They do have a drive thru but no menu posted outside so you have to ask for the price if everything. They have the space for the menu to go, but this area is a newly developed area, so I'm not sure how old this Shipleys is. The donuts were absolutely fresh, even though it was later in the morning they tasted phenomenal. The little that I did see of the inside the place looked immaculate, and very very clean. I would probably go back, but go on the inside, so I don't have to ask about every single menu item.
