Simply Greek in Katy at 4031 FM 1463 is a decent restaurant. However, every time I place an order for one of their specials there is a new purchase rule that did not exist the last time I was there. I have noted this several times now over the last 6 months. I just want a consistent experience every time, not just with the food, but the staff, what is being charged and the overall experience. If I don't know what to expect then I won't enjoy my dining experience.

Middle of the road. Not great but definitely not bad. A little disappointed that every time we go here the the consistency is all over the place. I don't mean in quality but in the literal ingredients you get on the hot dog. If you ordered something a few months back, don't expect it to be the same thing the next time you order it.

Giving it 3 stars because the kid The bar was courteous. The food is not very good, it's cold ( how you fry fries and still be cold I'm not sure) maybe it was the size of the order or the time of day. I wouldn't go back to have it again. If there is a spot you like that's even 10 minutes further, go there.

Best gyro spot in the area! Went to Simply Greek for dinner recently and really enjoyed my experience. The gentleman at the front, Zain, provided great customer service, the restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

I visited this restaurant on a Monday when they have their special. Buy one gyro get one free. I placed an order to go. I had the traditional beef and lamb gyro and I also tried the sausage gyro. The traditional was really good and the sausage was okay. I should have ordered the chicken gyro. They were out of traditional fries so I ordred the sweet potatoe fries. They were hot, fresh and tasty. Service was great.

This place is amazing. Not only is the food delicious but the staff is also very friendly. I got the gyro and I can easily say it’s the best gyro I’ve had in Houston! One of the guys at the front, Zain, did a great job helping me out with explaining the menu and deciding what I wanted to Get. Highly recommend to anyone who loves Greek food.

Gave this place another try, went when they first opened and was disappointed the gyros meat was very good but really skimpy. Tried it again yesterday after a few months of being open and was much more satisfying, the gyros was not over stuffed but a good amount and the fries were hot and crispy, so they won my business back. Definitely will return.

Ordered a gyro with no lettuce or onion and Greek fries. It arrived with lettuce and the fries were not cooked. I recooked the fries and picked off the lettuce but still disappointed. Not a great gyro.

I went on a Monday and to my surprise they had buy one gyro get one pita gyro free. I ordered two pita gyros. It was delicious and full of meat!!! The service was excellent. I'm so glad to have a good gyro spot close by!!! I wii be returning!

Positive: Clean Place, Nice environment, location, front staffNegative: We only ordered GYRO PLATTER, please if you read this don't do it. This item is a fraud in this menu. MY FRIENDS, YOU CANNOT OFFER GYRO and show this like ground beef, period. The plate includes a pound of french fries and lettuce salad with a mini grape leave. Owner/Kitchen: if this plate is difficult to handle, just do not offer them. You do a favor to you and you do a favor to your customers, this was a big disappointment. Haven't tried the rest of the menu, so I emphasize here only the GYRO PLATTER experience, and the reason is because is your more expensive item!!!...good luck guys...maybe I'll try again in few months.
