Bad location!! Came to buy cupcakes at 7:15pm and everything on their counters was empty. No trays, cupcakes, ice cream etc. The girl behind the counter said they were sold out as she turned away 4 other people walking in.

We stopped going to this location.. I can’t stand how they use the same glove over and over.. I asked her to use a new glove & she said the owner wants them to use the same one.. that’s just too cheap.. you get a thousand gloves in a box for $10 .. if you do this what else are you cutting back on.. icing doesn’t cover the cup cake & the quality & taste just isn’t there, especially for the price.. I go to a different location, different owners & I can definitely tell! Much better selection & the cupcakes are good & I don’t mind paying the price.. do better!

went to the in and out nearby and craved a sweet treat so I went here, family loved these cupcakes. young ladies working here were so respectful. will definitely be coming back here again 10/10

The rating is based off the customer service. The young lady working around 2:45pm on September 21st had the least desirable customer service. She did not greet us upon entering nor thanked us for our purchase. I wanted my friend to just leave but he came here just for the red velvet ice cream. It will not happen again.

I called Smallcakes Katy 72 hours in advance to place my cake order. I sent an email with all the details on the same I placed the order. I was told that the baker would contact me within 24 hours to provide a quote. That never happened. The next day, I called to confirm that they had received the email and that they would be able to make the cake for Saturday. The person I spoke with assured me that the baker would contact me. That did not happen. The next day, I called AGAIN. I expressed that I was getting concerned because I had placed the order 2 days prior and had still not gotten a response from the baker. The girl I spoke with told me they had some delays due to Mother’s Day and that she would personally see to it that the baker was informed. The baker finally calls me back, 20 minutes before they closed, and left me a message stating they couldn’t make the cake I wanted but that they could make a round cake. I called first thing the following morning to let them know that I’ll take the round cake (at this point, I was out of options)…. These people told me they couldn’t make my sons cake because I never paid a deposit. WHAT?!!!!! How the hell was I supposed to pay a deposit? I was never even quoted a price. It took 2 days for the baker to even look at the photos I sent over. We never even got to a deposit because the baker didn’t ever respond to the 2 emails I sent. Then after I was PISSED because they told me on the day I was supposed to get the cake that I client make it, they offered me 2 free cupcakes. I had 18 people coming to my sons birthday dinner and they offered me 2 free cupcakes. And to add insult to injury, the owner was so cowardly, that they refused to even get on the phone and only communicated with me via the cashier. My sons birthday dinner is ruined. No one can make him a cake and they provided an extremely poor customer service experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Oh my gosh, we just downloaded the Favor app and we had free shipping for this place. We picked out our three favorite flavors and had them delivered and oh my goodness they were so fresh so delicious. We cannot wait to go back and try some more products thank you so much for these delicious amazing Desserts!
