Worst costumer services, there is no higiene of any type, all the employees are rude and careless, my cup wasn’t even fill to 3/4 of the way, and was a juice not a smoothie. No other than a mediocre management.Will definitely stay away from this location.

It was my first time at this location, and I will not be returning. The smoothie did not taste at all the way it should. I called to let an employee know and was told to go back for another. I drove all the way back to get it made again a second time to taste just as bad. The manager offered to make it for me a third time which is ridiculous. I asked for amy money back at that point. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Go to a different location even if you have to drive a little bit further.

As I was getting ready to pay, I looked down at the register and seen about 4 baby roaches! I let the employee know and she said there was nothing she could do ?? definitely took my money back ??

I came 3 times in the last month and it’s been cash only; I asked the person at the counter and she simply ignored me and turned around to chit chat with her coworkers. I had to try and get her attention 2 or 3 more times before she turned around to answer my question and she was very vague and unresponsive. The workers were very uninterested so they left me no choice but to leave due to the low attention and help I was getting.
