Inconsistent Drinks and Unfriendly Service

Smoothie King has some great options, and I like that they offer healthier smoothies for different goals — whether it’s energy, meal replacement, or recovery. When the drinks are made right, they’re delicious and refreshing.

Unfortunately, the quality is hit or miss. Sometimes the smoothies are well-blended and flavorful, other times they’re too watery, icy, or just not mixed well. It feels like it depends on who’s working that day.

On top of that, the customer service often feels cold or irritated — like the staff doesn’t really want to be there. It can make the experience a bit uncomfortable, which is disappointing when you’re just trying to grab a quick drink.

If they focused more on consistency and friendliness, I’d be happy to rate higher. For now, it’s just an okay spot.

I love this place so much, the greets and the amazing customer service. Ive came here a wile back, maybe even years lol. And i can say the employees have grown and have better skills. The smoothies are amazing, I like to give my thanks to a kid name Alex. he makes the smoothies with love. I ordered a scary risky smoothie i never tried and he reassured me he’ll do his best to meet my expectations ( i never expanded my taste) . The after math, he gave it to me one sip, man. I loved it . I asked what he put in it, he said with love. Very nice person, and im glad i asked for his name.

I came to smoothie King to get my usual that I've been getting for at least 10 years now. It's called the vanilla lean one. Well unfortunately they were out of it. A young man suggested that I try something else that's similar. Thank you! Honestly I wouldn't even know the difference between these two. Very happy ?

I absolutely love this place. Everyone and I do mean everyone are amazing. And that says a lot considering the type of customer service I get at other places. I also tend to want to try new smoothies all the time and they are always helping me and answering my questions .
