On January 17, 2025. I drove up to Smoothie King. The big light smoothie King was on. The open sign was on. The drive-through light was on and the light inside was on. I drove up and I’m getting automate system goes. May I take your order? I start talking this smart little girl said we’re not open till 630. It was 6:25 AM. I was there your open sign was on so that means you’re open and will not hurt you to take my order five minutes before 6:30 . so the manager that is on call I hope you go back on your Schedule and see who’s there that morning. They need to go all the Customerservice training again if you don’t wanna serve me, keep your open side off until 630 but a food Services if you sign open, that means you’re gonna serve.

I came in at 6:32pm and the lady working was not helpful at all! She did not want to help with drink order, then at window, I could not hear a word she said. Truly, not a sound came from her. I think she just moved her lips. I ordered three large drinks, alone in car; I asked for a drink carrier. Well, that just ruined her night, as she go quite angry about it. Think I will stick with Jamba juice. They are always nice!!!!!!

I was passing through... as I often do at other locations.... and my gosh ... I was so disappointed the smoothie tasted disgusting..I always get the collagen power and a smoothie for my son and wow this was by far the worse in my tastebuds.... I was in a hurry and was unable to turn back, would've asked for a refund... I had to throw them out.
