This location is not great at all, their smoothies are watered down and their bowls are never full like they should. I'm an almost daily consumer and I'll rather drive a couple mints more to the other locations nearby. Gave this place the benefit of the doubt more than 5 times and I was always disappointed. If you think this spot is good you should try the other ones nearby, specially the one on Mason Rd so you could see the difference for yourself. That location never disappoints, they do everything the way it should be.

I was truly disappointed with the service here, my smoothie was made wrong several times. I saw that my top was drop and place back on, I ask about it. When I received my order, I threw my smoothie away. I usually have good experiences at other smoothie kings, this one has been my worst.

Waited at least 20 minutes in line. Not sure what was going on… Idk what to rate because the guy’s customer service was good, he was apologetic and pleasant. The smoothie was good per usual for this location.

On January 17, 2025. I drove up to Smoothie King. The big light smoothie King was on. The open sign was on. The drive-through light was on and the light inside was on. I drove up and I’m getting automate system goes. May I take your order? I start talking this smart little girl said we’re not open till 630. It was 6:25 AM. I was there your open sign was on so that means you’re open and will not hurt you to take my order five minutes before 6:30 . so the manager that is on call I hope you go back on your Schedule and see who’s there that morning. They need to go all the Customerservice training again if you don’t wanna serve me, keep your open side off until 630 but a food Services if you sign open, that means you’re gonna serve.
