Whoever was the manager on duty today around 1:30 is very rude. I was in the drive thru and the line wasn’t moving so I decided to go in and place my order and that was done and 15 minutes later I still haven’t got my order. So I noticed people coming in and getting their order before me I thought they may have called their order in so I finally asked this couple did y’all place y’all order on line and she said no. I kindly and not so kindly asked, hey guys where is my order I’ve been in here for 20 minutes and customers are coming in after me and getting their orders. I asked for the owner # and she rudely said he won’t call you back so you’re wasting your time asking and refuse to give me her name. #refundmeplease

Ok so me and the wife always come to this location and the only person on that staff that makes smoothies properly is a young man by the name of Brandon, that man makes the best ??, we alwasy get The Peanut Power Plus Chocolate flavor with some cinnamon now I'm not saying it happens all the time but when you order what you want you expect to get the flavor you want, please all I ask is that you stay consistent on the flavors, that smoothie we order last time tasted like heavy banana and chocolate absolutely no peanut flavor, the staff is cool I alwasy interact with them so service is not an issue just do better on making sure that the orders match what customers order.

Bought a Açaí Bowl and received it after waiting for a long period of time. There wasn't even a line or many people, the worker just seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and took so long for no reason. When I did receive it, it was not even halfway filled and it was a sad, runny consistency. For $12 I was not happy with this experience. The picture attached is the açaí bowl not even 2 minutes after receiving it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Arrived at 9:50 PM on Friday (close at 10:00) and was denied service. The door was locked. No attendance on the drive through window. Two ladies were inside and showed no interest. My daughter went down to check if the door is open. I did alert the lady inside that the sign says open, but no response. Poor customer service.

I’m currently in the drive through. I asked about the açaí bowls. I was unable to locate the exact one I wanted. (Passenger and unable to see the menu due to the bowl selections being out of sight my husband is driving ) I could hear the young lady on the speaker go “ohhhh my gawwwd”. I made my selection and we arrived at the window after a whole 20 minute wait. **If the drive through wasn’t blocked off I would have had my husband just leave**The window attendant still had to ask what our order was AND we had to pull to the front of the building to continue waiting for 1 açaí bowl!!!! It was only 1 customer inside and he came AFTER we had placed our order! Why does 1 bowl take over now 37 minutes?! ? I would rather drive to Lacenterra and receive better service. Don’t waste your time or energy here. If you want to be angry, annoyed, disrespected by all means go here. Unless this service changes I wouldn’t recommend going here ever.

Just left this store 20 minutes ago, horrible service. I always come to this location, but today was just poor service. Placed an order for a smoothie bowl & the young lady at the drive thru was passively agressive/rude. She kept replying “anything else anything else” once we finished the order we pulled around and it was only two cars in front of me. The line began to get backed up because no one came to the window to take the payments or give out orders! Crazy? The customer in front of me was so upset they almost backed into my car trying to leave the line. The lady behind me got out of her car and walked in the store to see what was going on. She returned and said that the workers were literally just chillin inside and not working due to being understaffed. Everyone in the drive thru eventually left the line after finding out the workers were not preparing anything. One guy said he had to go inside to get his food, so basically they didn’t even attempt to tend to the drive thru orders, what was the point of taking the orders if you’re not going to actually do the order. Instead of being rude, it’s best to let the people know you guys are short of help.

Poor customer service.Young woman taking our order was rudely passive aggressive. I couldn’t substitute mango for pineapple which I decided not to order. My friend ordered a smoothie and bought energy drinks from the fridge. Young woman couldn’t figure out the price for the ghost energy drink and scanned a bang instead. Once his order was ready, the staff was silent and just left the order on the counter without notifying him. I had to speak up and loudly ask whose order this was. Unpleasant experience overall.

This smoothie king will allow you to place a pick up order but fails to mention they LOCK their doors TWO HOURS before they close. The drive thru line will usually take between 15-30 minutes. Even if you have already placed your order. I would understand locking doors 30 minutes before closing but two hours? Absolutely ridiculous.

My friend and I went to get gladiators and came back telling them we couldn’t taste the strawberry so she wanted to charge us. They had super bad service and wouldn’t even make eye to eye contact and don’t even respond to you. She ended up not charging me since all I wanted was to add real strawberry’s to the drink. Won’t be getting my business next time.

The one I go to in Katy is awesome. The workers are very nice, smoothies are great. I just think they need to update their app. It is hard to understand. They don't even understand it Please update your app Smoothie King

Fast service, I went inside instead of the drive through and was served quickly. Employees were great and they were quick so I was in and out. Ordered the strawberry lean 1 and a joint health adder. Shakes taste okay ND I understand healthy won't taste like an unhealthy true shake or smoothy. Would give a 4 and great place to substitute a meal as well as to receive great customer service but the overall taste brought me to a 3. Definitely going back.
