I come here often because of the location but I'm going to stop because yesterday was the last straw. The last 2 times I was there they said they ran out of stevia and the smoothie tasted watered down. Yesterday I was the only person in line when I got there and they had me waiting 20mins by the time I left the line was wrapped around the corner. I had to knock on the window twice. When I asked why so long she said the morning crew did not mix something they were supposed to do to have everything ready. I ordered a smoothie with peanut butter and they forgot the peanut butter so i have to give it back to add it. This place is so poorly ran and unorganized. The kids in there don't care. What a reflection of bad management. I will drive out the way not come here anymore. On Top of that!! They double charged me!!!

The employees literally screaming and cursing all over the place. The young black lady at the front was doing her job, the guy with tattoos all over him and black guy with the afro were screaming and just cursing at everything, check the cameras to see exactly who it is, definitely need to get FIRED ASAP
