I went to this place for the first time and it was packed the service was slow due to the people there, I ordered the lunch special Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and okra and tomatoes, the food was warm not hot and literally tasted like a high school meal.
When I was done with my meal it took 10 minutes to get my check, I might give this place another try but they have to up their game.

Breakfast meal. Coffee was bitter and tepid, after asking for hot and fresh after the initial cup was returned. Biscuits and sausage gravy out of the can and tasteless. Cheap bacon cooked to the consistency of bacon bits, but not burned. Sausage patty was overdone as well and cold. Home fries were underseasoned and from a warming bin. I ordered ala carte and spent $26.00 on the meal, ridiculous.

I love going to these local restaurants. This one was no different. The service staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good. I had chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hash browns were OK, and the chicken fried steak was just a pre breaded frozen one, nothing special. The white gravy was average, but overall everything was good. Would come back if if was in the area.
