New paint, new parking lot, and new management. It's like a brand new restaurant.

Sonic is a drive-in again. The parking lot is smooth.
Food comes out good more often than not. The only problem is the horrific parking lot. “Potholes” is an understatement. I’m surprised Corporate would allow the franchisee to let the restaurant fall apart to this degree. There are large holes all over the place that are over 3 feet wide with some more than a foot deep. It’s gotten so much worse over the years, and it’s to the point where it damaged the suspension and axle on a small car. Owner obviously doesn’t care. Once you pull in, there’s no clear path out so save your suspension and go to a different location.
Parking: The parking lot is nearly destroyed with large holes everywhere. There’s no clear path to exit once you enters and it WILL damage a small car.

This location’s owners should be embarrassed. The state of this location is awful.. The lot concrete is full of chuck holes and completely awful. Cones everywhere. They’ve gone with the put a cone up solution instead of fix things. Half the stalls don’t work and the menu doesn’t have anywhere near the amount of options it used to. All of the small treats are almost $4. Good luck if you want to go here.

The parking lot itself is so bumpy, it's a headache to drive through. The food is always so good, fried stuff is always crispy and warm and the drinks and slushies are good too. However they are SO slow. if I order a single plain drink, it takes atleast 20 mins for me to actually receive it. And if you do pickup, it take like 15 mins for them to bring it out even if it's not busy.

After trying their Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito about a month ago, I fell in love with it. My first experience at a different location was spectacular and I had been looking for a breakfast burrito that would replace the one that Jack in the Box got rid of last year.
This location is near my work and convenient. However, they have ripped me off close to 6 times now. When I first got the burrito a month ago, it was dripping with cheese sauce. Not too much, but they definitely weren't holding back. Then I try it at this location and all but once, I have received a dry burrito. Even after I pay extra for more sauce. They STILL hardly put any on. In fact, out of 6 times, the burrito has been nearly dry. The last time I was there, I said something and the guy said he remembered my order and would make sure they put extra. They didn't!
I mean, the extra cost isn't a lot, but it's the principle of the thing; they know I want more and pay more and they're too careless, lazy, or cheap to give what I ask for. How do they KEEP messing it up? Is their cook incompetent? Can't read? What's the problem? It's a very simple request. And it's ridiculous that I pay extra to get what I got with the standard burrito the first time without having to ask. Now, we're getting into dishonesty territory. They know I get my food on the go and I can't do anything about it in the moment.
Why is it so damn hard to put extra cheese sauce on a burrito when it's been requested and paid for? I expect extra sauce especially if I have to pay extra for it and remind them about it. Get your act together! Or fire your cook and get a competent one!
I pushed the button. It said someone would be with me shortly. No one ever took my order. Cars came and went. They got their orders. I suspect they were app orders. Horrible service so we left.

Just stop by to get a drink and the staff were great. The franchise owner needs to take some pride in their business. The drive is missing most of its black top and has massive pot holes. Their building is in awful repair. I actually thought the location was closed until I saw people there. If the owner cares that little of the building then I know they don't treat their people or customers right.
It took over 30 mins for my food only car and the order taker kept talking over me and saying can you repeat that over and over and the cook was outside smoking a cigarette but the car hop was very sheer

They didn't want to serve us, the girl was very rude, they discriminated against us for being Hispanic, we came to buy, not to order.
