This location has very slow service. I have tried the drive thru and going inside for pickup. Neither option is better but going inside definitely took longer. The manager is nice tho.

You can't really order from the app this restaurant. When you pull up it asks for the stall number to deliver to, and there's no stall numbers. It's also a little bit run down and dirty. I don't know that I would trust my food coming from here. It needs a bit of quality control.

Go to the Sonic on Mason it's far superior.

Got to sonic and waited for 15 minutes. There was no one in the store. I would’ve left, but I had already done a mobile order. So I did not know how to cancel that. Will not go to this one again it was ridiculous and no one was even in the store. They were all in the other part of the store.

Sat at the drive through for 4 1/2 minutes with no responses from the person taking the order. Once you’re in this line, there’s no way out. So I spent 10 minutes in the drive-through line and I didn’t order a thing because I refuse to give my money to people who do not give good service. This is not the first time that I’ve had service issues issues or food issues from this place.

This is probably the worst sonic experience I have ever had!! My family love sonic meals, but today the lady who took our order was rude and unprofessional! The order was not the same price as she stated. When we asked how it’s charged, she yelled back rudely “what’s wrong with your order!” My husband calmly asked “could you please talk nicely? We are just asking for clarification.” She still replied rudely!! Then she blamed on us that we didn’t mention the price difference when we ordered! She didn’t even show us the details before we placed the order!!! She said she’s the “manager”! Is this how the service providers treat their customers?! Not going to this location anymore! So disappointed!

Ordered a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Blast, it had two small pieces of Reeses in it. We sent it back and the server said he would add more. He brought out the same Blast with nothing added. This is the last time we go to this location.

Lilly is the sweetest and had phenomenal customer service! She goes above and beyond. There is another sonic by me but I will continue coming here. Great service trumps everything.

Their is a reason this place is empty all the time. I ordered a strawberry cherry limeade, the limes were squished in the middle, (like they had been sitting in the container for too long, no cherries at all, and the slices from the strawberries were so thin. Nothing like other locations. I ordered a strawberry cherry limeade what I got was a limeade with an essence of strawberry. Go to another location.

Had a mobile order, 2 soft drinks, had to press the button three times. After 20 minutes, one of the employees came to ask if we had an order. 10 minutes later, another employee came to the car again asking the same question. We then finally received our order.

I don't normally go to Sonic so I'm not sure what normal is here but waited 15 minutes to get my order taken. When it came time they cut us of before we were done and were gone. It's like they couldn't hear and didn't care either. Screens did not work on the drive up slots. Overall I don't know why anyone would go here if this is normal. They were not crowded or busy at the time either. It did seem like many many people went through the drive thru before they ever even asked about it order. Terrible
