They get your order wrong, after confirming it twice. -Charging you for things they never gave you. They don't have sauces in stock and don't answer the phone when you call more than onc÷ e to file a complaint. Save your money.

This location is not opened in the morning..I came 2 different mornings..sat there for 10 minutes & no one ever came to the box or window..& I honked several times..

My wife cannot have sugar drinks after gastric surgery. She loves sonic because of their sugar free choices. Sweet drinks can cause serious “dumping” issues for people who have had gastric bypass. Add my wife’s hypoglycemia to the mix and a Diet Cherry Limeaid that is diet can cause some serious issues. To ensure that our orders do not get messed up, we order everything through the app. Certainly, if they read the order, they can make the drink correctly, right? Wrong!After a terrible experience, she stopped by again for a drink and asked the employee if the drink was diet, then explained what happened. The employees response? “That’s why you should always drink water!” ?Yeah, we haven’t been back.

More than half the drive up screens are broken. Make sure you check that you have everything before you leave. Huge fan of Sonic in general, they have they best mozzarella sticks, but this one is rough.

Avoid this location at all cost unless you want your drinks to taste bad your, food to be stale and cold, rude service, and no will to fix any problems. I’ve given this location more than enough chances to redeem themselves just because it’s right around the corner from my job but each time every employee gives me issues, ruins my order and waste my money today I accidentally clicked the wrong drink when placing a mobile order I asked if they could give me what I wanted instead and I was told very rudely know that I have to pay for what I want if I want it. Food as usual is disgusting and this is my last time ever attempting to give this place a chance.

Waited 20 minutes for a response from our stall. Turns out they ignore the stalls and focus on the drive thru. Even after honking, we got a ‘wait’ wave from the drive thru. 5 more minutes was all I could wait. Sad.

Came here on a very hot day and just wanted what I asked for but instead they gave me the wrong flavor slushy when I told the guy about it he got angry and threw the drink at my car in rage. Worst experience ever

Just like one of the people below, I got interrupted before I could even get going by what I think was English words, but I'm not very sure. So I drive off. I haven't been there in a long time because of bad service. I guess it will be a while longer.

Ordered food only twice and I don’t feel any desire to return to this particular location unless if I ever crave their food.I am typing this at 5 am waking up with food poisoning.First of all.The entire lot and drive thru suffers presentation. All of the stalls are inactive, color of the menu faded out and screens are either cracked or folded. The drivu thru on the other hand, menu shows much the same. Signs of damage of scratches and no care to the window. Likely suffered by customers. (There are images by other reviewers that show these aforementioned issues) Makes the entire place unappealing and unpresentable.This is something corporate needs to look into, knowing the employees have seemingly given up. I’ll detail this at the end.My only two orders was a foot long coney and today a Sonic Blast.The Coney came out just fine thusly my rating isn’t a single star. I came today for a Sonic Blast to feed the cravings for Ice Cream.Runny, there was only ice cream and fudge at the side of the cup. I should have suspected by texture but that cream they use has long expired, resulting to tonight’s incident. Please, for your safety— DO NOT GET AN ICE CREAM ITEM. The TASTE will mislead and feel fine, but that’s how expired ice cream is. Oddly textures but tastes all the same sweetness.Finally the service. The employees seem dull and do not wish to be present. I don’t expect cheerfulness, everyone’s got their stresses, that’s fine. But not even batting an eye to contact or speaking up are another thing.Conclusion:Please choose elsewhere to eat Sonic. There are more nearby. This is not the place right now.

Food is typical sonic food. Its good if you like Sonic food, not all Sonics are good, this one is. Sonics cherry limeade is the best available from anywhere. The only downside to this particular store is that they don't take Gpay, ApplPay, or any of the NFC payment apps. I almost never take actual credit or debit cards with me anymore so this deters me from going very often. You can supposedly get around this by using the Sonic app, but I haven't made time to try that yet.

I mean the food is good, buts it’s usually slow and something is always wrong, wether it be they give me something different or forget to remove toppings I request off.

Took longer than expected since we did order from the app. However, there seemed to be only 2 people working at the peak busy dinner time. But, it was definitely worth the wait since the new Sonic on Clay is not good at all, and this location has given me urge for sonic back

The worst service ever! The girl on the speaker acted like she couldn’t hear us, then after speaking louder, she cut us off mid order and gave us our “total” before we could even finish ordering. We pushed the red button again and were told to hold by a male voice, but no one ever came back on again. We ended up driving away and going to the Sonic on N. Mason, where service was friendly and food was perfection!
