Absolutely terrible customer service. Young Mexican lady (only saying it in that way because I want her to be identified and I don’t know her name) absurdly rude regarding promos still offered on sonic website but not on the app. Tone of voice says she doesn’t want to be there, so I suggest you don’t let her stay on your clock cause I won’t be coming here anymore ever again.

I just want to say this is the BEST Sonic in the area. They are polite, courteous, always fast and in my experience, the orders are always correct. I travel past 2 other Sonics to go to this one. They even helped me out of a frustrating bind when the Sonic app screwed up. Good job!

Using the sonic app is supposed to be 1/2 price drinks ALL day! They changed it! So I paid 4.00 for a Large Coke and tipped Eduardo 1.87 to walk my Coke out! I’m done with Sonic! Close down! Y’all are a disappointment
