I just want to say this is the BEST Sonic in the area. They are polite, courteous, always fast and in my experience, the orders are always correct. I travel past 2 other Sonics to go to this one. They even helped me out of a frustrating bind when the Sonic app screwed up. Good job!

Using the sonic app is supposed to be 1/2 price drinks ALL day! They changed it! So I paid 4.00 for a Large Coke and tipped Eduardo 1.87 to walk my Coke out! I’m done with Sonic! Close down! Y’all are a disappointment

I ordered two milkshakes. One oreo and the other was chocolate. What I received was a vanilla milkshake and a chocolate milkshake with what tasted like soured milk.

Food was undercooked, when I asked for Gravy during the order I always ask for extra Gravy, except after I was charged I was told they were out and upon asking for a refund of the Gravy I was being charged for they told me no. This has happened 6 times at this Sonic, and I'm sick of it, I order and am charged for food they don't have then refused a refund, it's ridiculous.

The lady working the drive thru window refused to give me my extra sauce that I ordered & PAID FOR ! She argued with me for about 5 min and still refused to give the sauces on the order. Not pleased. Will not be back to this location. Didn’t realize it was okay with your management to not give the customer what they paid for.

Silver Lining

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! What is it with drive-thrus these days? These fast food places hire the most rude people. People who could care less and have bad attitudes. I drove out of my way to go to this sonic location only to talk to just such an employee. I don't spend my money on junk like this. Won't put up with it.i canceled my order and left.
