I visited this Sonic around 11:30 PM last night with my husband, and we ordered our usual sundae that he’s always been fine with. This time, just two bites triggered a serious allergic reaction, though he was able to take his medication quickly. We visit this location weekly and have never had an issue before, so this was very disappointing. The employee taking our order seemed distracted and needed us to repeat ourselves, which raises concerns about cross-contamination. I hope management reviews food safety procedures, as we no longer feel comfortable returning to this location after this incident.

I am so glad I took a chance and visited this location today! Beyond happy! Ive always liked sonic growing up but for the past 10 years Sonic has not been good. The locations are slow and cold food. But THIS location exceeded expectations. I placed an order on the website. I went inside to request extra condiments. The restaurant was very clean and nice inside. Never knew they had booths inside. Nice. The employee helped me ! Went back to my car and waited not too long but even it was long I dont mind as long as my food is hot and fresh!!!! When my food came we immediately tried some mozzarella sticks, they get cold fast on the drive home and I detest cold food. They were hot and yummy! I tasted a chicken bite. It was fresh too! And not too hot but just right. The tator tots were warm but nicely fried. Onion rings nicely warm. We ate our corn dogs at home so they definitely cooled off on the drive home. No problem. My husbands burger was smothered in mayo and he had to wipe some off, lol but idc about that really. Im just so happy that this location was nice and gave me what I asked and it was good !!!! Its been so long since Sonic has actually been good. Thank you! !!! The pricing for everything was normal and as expected.

Amazing experience. Food cooked to perfection. The place was clean, actually the manager came out to ensure our order was correct. I also noticed that he himself cleaned all the boards. This is the first sonic that we were pleased with since moving from Florida 5 years ago.

I can't believe a place like Sonic doesn't have AC inside the restaurant. It was unbearably hot, making the whole experience uncomfortable. The staff looked miserable, and honestly, I couldn't enjoy my food in that kind of heat. Definitely not coming back until they fix this.

I normally enjoy coming to Sonic, but I have to say something about the conditions at this location. There is no air conditioning inside the restaurant, and it’s incredibly hot. I can't imagine how the employees are expected to work in this kind of heat—it's not just uncomfortable, it's unsafe.
Customers might not realize it since most orders are taken outside or through the drive-thru, but the inside environment matters. People deserve to work in a place where their health and safety are taken seriously.
I hope management or corporate takes this seriously and does something to fix it. No one should have to work in those conditions, especially during the hottest months of the year.

My most recent experience with the manager Ricardo was unpleasant, he was very rude and the app instructions did not match the drive up options at the restaurant, I was told next time call however I had tried that and the phone was disconnected…I probably will not be back to this location.
