Not sure what is going on at this location, however it is going downhill fast. My most recent experience with the manager Ricardo was unpleasant, he was very rude and the app instructions did not match the drive up options at the restaurant, I was told next time call however I had tried that and the phone was disconnected…I probably will not be back to this location.

Service is terrible!! Rude staff, unprofessional employees. Today's visit was terrible!! I didn't know they don’t accept Apple pay. When I tried to give her the phone, with so much disrespect, she said no. This location is ridiculous from how slow they are to how much disrespect they treat Costumer. This was not my first bad experience with this location, and the owner or the manager need to take a serious reaction.

Roberto and Karla are great car hops! The food is tasty and very, very good. I recommend this location and Sonic as a whole, especially if you are used to other burger places.

The owner of this location needs to do a better job of taking care of this Sonic. The boards are busted and a lot of them are missing. No outside tables. Just awful. Do better.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Sonic cheeseburger with no cheese. My kid took a bite and said, it smells and tastes disgusting! I smelled it and it smells like raw meat or extremely cheap meat and the sandwich looks thrown together, old buns, it was not worth $6. We had to throw it away, no one would eat it. We better not get sick. I will never be back. Sonic is GROSS!
I was literally served two glasses of sludge tea and I don’t mean a little bit. It was loaded down and huge, I’m so disgusted! I drank from the straw and it tasted disgusting so I opened the lid and whirled it a few times with my straw…huge amounts of sludge comes up. I’m going to barf just writing this! This was my last straw with this place, you have terrible employees or managers!!
Parking: There is plenty of parking because they are terrible at serving food cooked properly, everything is overcooked /burnt especially my french toast sticks every single time and now this with my tea.

I sat in the car stall for over 15 minutes, and no one answered to take my order . I had to go through the drive thru after that to place an order. And over course no one apologized at all . The sandwich was not good as well worst breakfast toster in town .
