We had a very frustrating experience at this Sonic drive-thru. When we tried to order at the speaker, the sound was so low that we could barely hear anything. Because of that, we drove up to the window and placed our order directly with an employee named Dylan.
Our order was: a strawberry sundae, a chocolate sundae, a mini vanilla ice cream, a small Oreo Blast, a medium Oreo Blast, and a slushie. We specifically asked Dylan if they had waffle cones, and he told us they did.
When we received our order, it was incorrect. We were missing both the medium Oreo Blast and the small Oreo Blast, and instead of a waffle cone, we were given a sugar cone. At that point, my husband didn’t even want to wait for it to be fixed because we had already taken extra time ordering at the window due to the broken speaker.
We were just trying to grab ice cream for our kids, and instead it turned into a disappointing and inconvenient experience. Ordering directly with an employee and still receiving the wrong items is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accuracy.

Never ask for extra topping for your sonic blast. You will never get it. This is the 3rd time I paid for extra topping and never receive the toppings I paid for. They will just take your money. 17$ for 2 medium sonic blast is freaking absurd

Menu said 8.99 for Footlong coney Combo recite showed 10.09 that as far as I am concerned is theft. Onion rings were cooked in old oil. Hot dog tasted weird couldn’t eat it. Even the Coke Zero wasn’t good. Vey disappointed.

The strawberry lemonade price is $3.69 on the monitor but you guys charge $5 plus for it ........ change that monitor price and stop cheating your customers!! also change that speaker in your drive through my God no business has that 90s looking speaker ....ridiculous

I ordered a turtle truffle nut blast. It did not have enough candy. I asked for more and the manager made sure there was plenty when he handed it through the window. I will always return to a store that make sure the customer is satisfied. Good job Mr manager!
Can't beat their half-price cheeseburgers on Tuesday night or the cherry limeade.

They do not need to slushies correctly and then when you asked him to remake it they will get upset and have give you a very rude attitude then on top of that when you pull in to the Sunday there is not a drive through sign and then on top of that when you ask the cashier or who's ever working on tonight they would give you a extremely rude attitude and then when you pull up to the drive-thru is no welcome to Sonic is it is a what do you want so corporate I need to do something about this because this to me is not your policy God bless

Normally my favorite Sonic but not today. The hotdog tasted like it went through the microwave and the tater tots were not drained well. My tots tasted like oil! It was gross. And I paid for extra toppings on my blast but they didnt give any. Had to go through the drive-thru to get extra.... and it still wasn't extra. If I pay for a blast with extra toppings, I better have a topping in every bite. Normally this Sonic is way better than this!!! Guess I caught them on a bad day.... 👎

The workers seek lazy and never make the slush with enough effort. The third time I’ve been disappointed so I had to make a review. I let them know they made it stove they made it again with a dime size flavoring. Kinda disgraceful
