They give you old and cold food! The burgers are never fresh! I lived on Westheimer before I moved to this area, and sonic on Westheimer and Eldridge food is always fresh! But this location is disgusting!!

I've been here only a couple of times, usually at night since it's close to home, limited menu availability and this latest time I was told this location now closes at 11pm instead of the listed 12am midnight so didn't even get to order. Went down the street to Whataburger instead. I'm not sure what the issue is, but this location needs to step it up.

genuinely the slowest most incompetent fast food location ive ever been. ive lived right down the road from this location for nearly 15 years and i would rather drive down the road to the other one than wait here for 20 mins wondering if ill ever get the one drink i ordered.

Came to order because my window doesn’t go down, guy who spoke to me on the speaker told me they didn’t have ANY food no shakes and that they don’t have any employees so to go to drive through or leave. Could have said things nicer way, never coming to this location again. Sonic you need better employees terrible customer service

I swear this location is pure trash. It’s worse every time I come here. Now we can’t even order at the stalls anymore. If you pull up in a stall, they come on the speaker and ask you to go through the drive thru.

I live next to this Sonic but the service is so bad that I drive to the Sonic on Mason Road to order anything, which is about 4 miles away. The Manager should be fired!
