I’m currently sitting now on 10 min waiting on a small fry and sonic blast. Multiple cars and one person coming in and out to deliver. For a Saturday night that’s absolutely ridiculous.

I just sat at Sonic waiting just to order a drink and was told to hold on and I sat there and watched as the lady took three other people order and pulled up before the other cars. And the bad part is all I wanted was a medium shake. I was the only one out there and at the first mic. After every one was getting there order I pushed the the button and she kept saying hold on I'll be right with you. I wasted 20 min of my lunch play with her. Never again

I ordered through the app sonic and I put to pick up and I park in the stall #4 and I put in the app I am park in the stall #4 the say will be ready at 2:29, but I give 10 minutes more to be ready my food because I work in fast food I know how is sometimes busy, but is uncomfortable to wait 1 hour to have they give me my order I have to DT to pick up because it was already 1 hour and never signal to they give me order, when I arrive to the window they ask for my ticket number I show the number by the app eve they can’t find, they take another 10 minutes to make my order my food wasn’t correct what I order but I was so hungry I eated but still mad because why you gone make wait the customer one hours for a simple meal

Found HAIR in my food & Thursday (7/24/25) night rude girl manager had a Nasty unapologetic attitude about it!! She gave half of my money back & refused to give receipt back!! She even had the nerves to curse because she’s mad about me finding HAIR in the food! Be careful of this location, They do not wear hair nets!! GROSS- no reason this Sonic has Bad Reviews

This is the WORST sonic I have ever been to! They are rude the wait time is RIDICULOUS they don’t greet you or anything they don’t take Apple Pay it’s just all bad I hate that this is the only one near my house because I love sonic ice and sluchies!!

I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier during my visit. The staff member was unprofessional and discourteous throughout the interaction. My order was taken incorrectly, and when I attempted to clarify, she became argumentative and raised her voice, insisting she understood even repeating the order back to me when asked.

Upon reaching the window, not only was my order incorrect, but I was also charged the wrong amount. Additionally, the cashier walked away with my credit card without explanation, and by the time I received my sundae, it was melted. To make matters worse, she closed the window on me mid-conversation.

This entire experience began after waiting nearly 10 minutes at the drive-in speaker, only to be told it was drive-thru only. What should have been a quick 15-minute ice cream stop turned into a frustrating 40-minute ordeal. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

The service was horribly slow. I couldn't check in with the app. I waited in a stall for 10 minutes to talk to an employee to get checked in, and proceeded to wait another 25 in the drive thru for my drink. Timeliness is not on any workers mind, I failed to see any carhops take orders out while it was busy, and workers within the building move without any sense of urgency. Management needs to be shunned for their poor management of the store and boards need repairs and the building appears run down.

WORST service ever today- I pulled up in one of the stalls because drive thru is always backed up. It was 3:45 pm and I was asked to hold on. Waited 8 minutes, no one came to the microphone. I hit the button again and at 3:55 was asked to hold on again. All I wanted was a drink at the Happy Hour price. Watched another vehicle go thru the same - yet we saw tons of employees bring out orders. The other car flagged down an employee before she went back in to the building- since he hadn’t placed his order either- and she told him to push the button.

I left without making a purchase.

Orders are always wrong. Food is cold. Staff don’t care to double check tickets. Waiting for longer than is necessary after putting in orders. Not worth going for messed up orders and cold food. Always missing items. Almost like they just want to short you on purpose.
