Why is the drive-thru girl so rude. This is a real simple transaction, theres no need to go out of your way to make it so extremely unpleasant
Update: after waiting over 25 minutes, they got our order completely wrong and the food we did get was very poorly slapped together

$44 and waited 30mins for old burgers and cold cheese sticks is crazy! Only thing was hot was the fries. The burgers was so nasty and dry bit into it and rolled the window down and spit it out! This was my first and LAST time coming there. I need a refund! Ugh wasted my time and money and to add customer service was not inviting.

Guy this sonic was great up untill 2 yrs ago, think they need a new speaker box. The young kids are not doing so hot up there!
HOW is this place still open????? 2 stalls work and they never answer those. The owner should be ashamed. SAD..I stopped going after 5 because of the service and now the morning/mid day you get the same...I find myself driving to the other one down from HEB... bring a Cane's to this spot..

Didn't even get the order I sat in the parking slot for 30 minutes waiting on 4 drinks. I mentioned something to the Lil hip Hispanic girl with the piercings and nothing was done.

I just waited over 15 minutes to place an order in the drive thru No one came to the intercom or anything. This is the worst service ever from this location. I left without placing an order; and I wasn’t alone.

Shouldn’t promote you take Apple Pay if your employees refuse to take Apple Pay and when I tell them you’ve used to before they shake their shoulders and say “idk” do better sonic don’t just hire nobody’s that have absolutely no clue about something so simple like paying

It's been 2 years since my last review about no one being there. I haven't had the issue as much since I been using the app. Sonic you need to get the screens fixed only 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, and 15 work... that means more then half are broken and there is no trash can for customers to use. It's making the property look like an eye sore. Do better.
