Choose another sonic if you can. A good majority of the order stations/stalls at this location don't work. It's missing the whole purpose of what makes sonic different from other fast food places. I almost feel like they have them shut off on purpose so they don't have to walk out to bring you your food. It's ridiculous. If there are 15 stalls, maybe 2 work and they clearly don't plan to fix them because they have been out for months! MONTHS! Also, check your bags before you drive off to make sure your order is right. My husband went one day and ordered hot dog kids meals. They gave him 2 bags with just fries. No hot dogs. Then when they remedied it, there was no apology or anything. In fact the girl at the window laughed.

I got discriminated tonight around 8:30 8:45 pm by older Hispanic lady in the front taking orders . She messed up my order, I was missing an item and she didn’t provide receiptShe acted like she couldn’t understand my English because I’m a hispanic American born . She slammed the window on me when I had to repeat myself 5 times in English because she wanted me to talk to her in Spanish discriminating me . Already filed a complaint and a dispute

It's not opened at 6am. Please take that down from Google because it's not true. A car is parked in one of the stalls, but no one is there to take an order. Currently, It's 6:45am and no one is here...

Higher Plane

Drive thru experience. Staff and manager looked at us through window and never took our order from the order screen. We repeatedly said hello and no one answered. The line continued to back up and get longer all because they wanted to be rude for no reason. We had to pull up to get our order placed and heard the manager saying how she didn't care that we were upset. Completely unnecessary drama on a busy night and so unprofessional. We had to check our food and make sure they didn't do something dirty or nasty to our food with the way they were acting. To be rude for no reason then to say you don't care, one would be well within their right mind to think a staff member could harm the food because of how they're feeling and that's scary. Especially if the person in charge let anything happen. We just left.

I'm giving this Sonic 5 stars tonight NOT because of past service experiences. Past service experiences was wayyyyy under this 5. I'm giving a 5 to them because of one employee that worked tonight on Christmas and had such a HUSTLE about him, it touched me to do a review. Anthony, was literally running out to the cars and getting orders out at a speed I had never seen at this location. He even confirmed my order before taking my card and it was certain wrong. He helped me order correctly then took my money. Anthony needs to train those other employees about moving with a quickness because it is a drive thru restaurant. We just want hot, fast food done correctly so we can go home. Merry Christmas Anthony. You were really working hard and it showed man.

I’ve been ordering buffalo popcorn chicken meal from sonic for years now but as of today I guess they told me they don’t do buffalo popcorn chicken meals anymore.. (I’ve never heard of that) so I ordered a medium plain popcorn chicken and this is what I got.. I’ve had small size popcorn chicken show more love lol.. literally 6 popcorn chicken and when I asked the car hop about it he said idk and walked off nonchalantly

I came to this location at 7:40pm.... I told Dulce the old Hispanic woman through the speaker that I wanted to order The All American Hotdog (which is the first hotdog pics to the left of the menu chart). She talk so fast and didn't repeat my order. I asked her 5 times to repeat my order. She gave me an attitude. Then she didn't bother asking me if I wanted to order anything else. Which already pissed me off. Then when I went up to the window she told me my total & I gave her my cash. She have the nerves to roll her eyes and yank the cash out of my hands. Look here Dulce... if you don't like your job you don't need to work in the fast food industry or customer service job of any type. Mi no comprende... no ablo espanol.... It's very rude to bad mouth and talk to your coworkers in Spanish. And then when she hand me my food she look like she wanted to throw my food out the window if I didn't grab it. Wth..... I ordered food to eat not the nasty attitude that comes along with it.... And Dulce learn English before you take orders....
