I ordered the number 10 popcorn chicken and when I went to bite into them they were rock hard. I proceeded to go back and let them know that my food was inedible and the manager told there was nothing he could do about, and refused to refund me because HE DIDN’T give me a receipt at the window. The manager was very rude and inconsiderate of my needs of getting food that I could eat. Wouldn’t recommend this Sonic to anyone and I will NEVER step foot back on the grounds of this location due to the utmost disrespect as a paying customer.

It is right next to the Raising Canes and I have seen people order their food, pay and receive their food before I have even been talked to. In the past 2 weeks I’ve been here 5 times and every time it takes ages before someone takes my order no matter what time of day.

This is probably my favorite sonic location in the greater Houston area! Fast and reliable service with such a wonderful atmosphere! The customer service is beyond— specifically from Mark. He is the sweetest, most kind person ever and he always makes sure to greet me if he sees my name on the order. I never have issues ordering at this location and I have been coming to this one for years. Thank you to Mark who never fails to make sure I leave the store satisfied with my order. 10/10 would recommend.

i asked for buffalo covered chicken and they said they got it, then proceeded to bring me shredded chicken breaded in a samosa breading
I ordered hot dogs from this sonic and they were green! I've only ever ordered drinks or tots before and it was a great experience but this time I decided to get two chili cheese dogs and an all american dog. They were green and tasted like Vienna sausages. I did not continue to eat them. Will maybe be back for drinks but nothing else. The lady who brought my food was super nice.

I had a cherry limeade slush with extra cherry flavoring. It always hits the spot. My husband drink a special Sonic beverage every day. I really like the mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, onion rings, and hamburgers.

Have to say one of the best managers sonic has, I work in the Texas heat and I needed some water so I came by and order a route 44 ice water he looked at me and gave it to for free. I will never forget that or go to another sonic great customer service!!!!!
