This location is a disgrace. Good look getting your app order or even getting someone to answer you at the call button. Spent over 20 minutes trying to I get my food at 10am when the location wasn't busy at all.

Sonic here in Cinco Ranch off Gaston is always a good place for a quick burger, Route 44 drink or dessert ? anytime of the day. It's FF so it's good but not greatThe service is always quick. The atmosphere is laid back at this one except on Tompkins Game Days. Today we did shakes. ???

I usually try and give this sonic location a try, but it always disappoints. Today they missed the fries from the order, to which I had to go back and ask them for it. But even worse? They left the bacon in the food. That’s one of my dietary restrictions. Experience here is usually always mid, give any another sonic location a try and you’ll be happier than if you were to go here. Environment, attention to detail, and more is present in other locations and severely lacking here.Dietary restrictions: There’s a strong chance that they WILL get your order wrong, despite you removing the food option from your food in the sonic app. The app itself is great, the staff paying attention to it though is unlikely.

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. They mess up my order every single time. This time the drink was wrong (Coke and Orange Fanta aren't the same), they gave me fries instead of tots, and the burgers had ingredients I specifically asked to be removed--I'm ordering for kids, so when I ask for plain, I mean it. My kids like Sonic, but at this point it's worth it to drive up to the one on Westheimer just so they get my order right.

Literally the slowest Sonic ever. Do not order at the stall, or through the app. If you want to eat here, GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. Always a 20-25min wait at the stall. It’s ridiculous.

This review is only to complain about the milkshakes, is so hard to drink this milkshakes, how you guys haven’t notice that your straws are too small for a milkshake, my jaw starts hurting, the milkshakes doesn’t even go through the straw I can’t taste it, last time I had to throw away my milkshake because I wasn’t enjoying it at all, you guys have to change that because is just horrible.

We drove up to the outer drive through lane no one answered for 5 minutes we thought maybe the screen is off and someone forgot to put a cone there. Then we drove around in a circle to go to the inner drive through lane. No answer for a straight 5-10 minutes of us saying hello. My fiancé went up to the door and knocked said there is customers waiting. This boy starts speaking Spanish to another lady as if he wasn't even there. Where is the respect now a days. Where is the customer service or even service at this point. We used to enjoy sonic as kids because of the roller blade and the service now it has became shit. There wasn't even people in the order stations so I'm really confused what these people do for hours on end...If I could I wouldn't even give a star to them.

Not one to usually write a review but this past visit upset me a bit. The mobile app was down and I come in and order a coke with extra ice usually 5x a week. The app was down, which is has been down for several days. The first day I came I got my half off drink, the second day I came they would not honor it so I drove to a different sonic and got my coke. I worked in restaurants and if an issue is the fault of the restaurant or its technology you still do what is right. I may have to drive an extra 2 mins and go to another location. Not happy with this visit, usually good things all around. Just not today.

Asked for a egg and cheese only breakfast sandwich and was given the wrong sandwich 3 times after telling the drive through attendant to her face what the order was. Smh... unreal

Horrific wait times. Even when there are only 1 other car in the stalls. Avoid this place. I tried giving it another chance but after waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes despite being the only car there I just left. The time before that I had been waiting 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

We know Christmas Day is a crapshoot if you’re looking for food. We realize there are staffing issues. This is why we waited patiently for 25 minutes on our food to be brought to our car before inquiring if there was a problem. Finally my husband went into the store to see what was wrong after waiting more than 10 minutes with no response to the call button at the car stall we were in. They told him they cancelled the order awhile ago because they were understaffed. There were 3 cars in the stalls and 4 at drive through. They cancelled the order but did not even tell us and ignored the call button at the stall. The last time we went we ordered only sundaes they literally wiped fudge on inside of the cup and filled with vanilla ice cream. Not even a teaspoon worth of hot fudge. I didn’t write a bad review, I believe in second chances. Leaving a family waiting knowing that you are not preparing their food and ignoring them in hopes they will leave is unacceptable.We live 3 blocks away and will never order from this location again. This franchise owner needs a new manager the one they have obviously does not know how to manage a restaurant.
