One of my fav BBQ spots, LOVE Spring Creek. The lean brisket is my fav, they cut it right in front of you and meat is just so tender, juicy, and the bark is fire. BBQ sauce is sweet in the good way, as is the Sweet Tea. The fresh rolls they bake and pass around are actually insane like some of the best bread ever. I visited this location just before dinner time so my review will reflect that. The wait staff at the food counter were very friendly and nice. The wait staff at the dinner area not so much. The brisket and chicken I got was very dry like it wasn't fresh and I know fresh because I make my own bbq. Beans not great and the bread was very generic and not flavorful. Maybe it you arrive for lunch you get the fresh bbq experience but mine wasn't
BBQ was just ok, nothing to write home to Mom about. They ran out of pickles at 6:20 PM! Poor management, no staff to refill drinks. Bread rolls came when we were finishing our meal. Go to Red River BBQ on Mason Road instead. 1000% better.
