Spring Creek Barbeque

Place was dirty and sticky on tables and floors. Could use some attention. Food and service good!

I called to order a pick up for two hours before I was going to pick it up when I got there. They didn’t even have my order. I waited in the car when I got in. They still were confused as to why I was there and they had to make the order up they already charged me and I had paid for it and she got a little confused with the charging so other than the food was delicious but the staff needs more training. I guess you have to eat in not out.

The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant, but unfortunately the service made my wife and me feel a bit unwelcome. There was little eye contact or interaction, which affected our overall experience. We hope this can improve, but sadly we don’t see ourselves returning.

I’ve noticed a trend around this area. A lot of young people working that do not have the investment of customer service.

I would drive to a further Spring Creek location for better service.

We have been regulars at different Spring Creek locations . We placed an order to go last night.
We order 1 lb of blended brisket it was so dry that you could choke the 1 lbs ribs were like beef jerky. Baked potato hard. Plus they forgot to add bread rolls . We arrived at pick up time and food was not ready. ( it’s already premade in line)
We asked for the sweet bbq sauce
The girl insisted they only have one type.
Not true
We were very disappointed with the Fulshear location.

I’m currently sitting in Spring Creek waiting on my To Go Order. The two young ladies working the to go orders were fine. However, the tall young lady working the line was extremely rude. She was dismissive and acted like she didn’t want to answer my very simple question about the beans. I was greeted, her attitude was horrible. She didn’t even look at me. No one with an attitude like that should work in customer service. I don’t know who pissed in her coffee but it wasn’t me. I hope management has a talk with her and if she is management then my God who hired her??? The atmosphere in whole was not welcoming.

This Spring Creek location is the best! Kelis the cashier went above and beyond. Her customer service was excellent! The GM Nicole was amazing and made sure my order was complete and made sure I had help to my car with my large order! I will be back!

The taste and service of the store in this (Katy) location are the worst, no wonder there's no one on Saturday. We like Sugarland location, the taste is much better，the service is also more enthusiastic . The bread doesn't seem fully cooked.

I have been to this restaurant many times and it never disappoints. The service is amazing, we are greeted and treated like friends. We are always offered fresh homemade bread which is to die for! The food is always delicious 🤤. I always order brisket and fried okra. My family enjoys the other foods so they do everything well.
We tried another Spring Creek bbq in Katy and we were sadly disappointed. We were expecting the same great service and food but both were lacking. When we asked for bread we were told that it was only for the to go orders, like sit down customers were second rate citizens.
Spring Creek bbq on 1093 is where it’s at! Love this place and will definitely be going back. Many times.
