Completely dried brisket, and I can’t even chew. Tastes nothing. This place wasn’t like this before. Not sure if it’s like this only today, but certainly need to improve the consistency of their meat quality.

We placed a carry out order with the wrong location. (Completely our fault) the Manager didn’t make it a big deal and got on the phone with the other store, got my order transferred to the location I was at. Gave me a drink on the house and my food was ready in no time. Thank you for the hospitality and the tasty BBQ!

Service was fast, I got fatty brisket when I asked for dry, beans have way too much sugar, somewhat with the sauce. Meats are tasty, rolls have a good texture and taste.

Over heard some servers treating their coworker VERY unprofessional in an almost highschool bully scenario. Perhaps some team training or certain servers should be removed. Just a very uncomfortable experience. Food is ok.
