It’s not possible to leave a zero-star review, but this place deserves it. They yell at you to take food even if it’s not what you ordered. My name is Carlos, and the server yelled at me insisting that my order was labeled with the name “Erica.”
I don’t usually write reviews but here we are.
Every time I come here the service is slow and the chances of getting my drink made correctly is always a 50/50. The workers are constantly yapping on the headsets and take a while to acknowledge you while you’re waiting at the register. Unfortunately, I won’t will be coming here anymore and will be spending my money at a store where consistency matters and I feel valued as a customer.
This location was great a couple of years ago but has spiraled down tremendously.

Shoutout to the barista who wrote these cute personalized notes on the cups this morning. I don't normally go to Starbucks, but my favorite local coffee shop closed down recently, and I was super bummed about it. The little handwritten notes really brightened my day 🥹
The front-line staff can really make or break the whole experience, so I hope this serves as a reminder to management to make sure you know how valuable they are 🤍

Seth was so nice and welcoming!!! From the time I went in to the time I left, I was there for maybe 2 hrs and he remembered my name and said bye in a such a nice manner even though I was leaving super close to closing. I felt extremely welcomed, he engaged in conversation and it was extremely genuine. I don’t live in the Katy area but I hope to be in the area again just to stop by this Starbucks. Your kindness made my day Seth! Thank you.

Asked for a water was denied by Lexie and told it's only for "customers" because of a "new policy" asked for 2 earl grey packets which are sold ala carte denied again. I worked for Starbucks for 4 years the first thing they teach you is you don't call people customers you call them guests so that's the easy way to tell I'm being lied to. You're also told guest experience is put in priority over waste. So denial of service and poor guest experience. It's 80+ degrees outside this is pitiful behavior.

Trust me on this one yall. Drive the extra 5 mins to the Katy mills location. They are so much nicer than the rude people they have working at this location. So over it and won’t be back.

This is a small Starbucks right off 10 Frwy exit 740 going East. It is very small inside, maybe 6 or 7 tables. Maybe 4 or 5 patio table. I was getting a to go coffee around lunch time. No indoor table options. But outdoor options .
Iced Coffee was served quickly, staff was busy, cashier was polite and I was greeted when I walked in.
But the counter and cream area was dirty and large coffee spill on the pick up counter no one did thing about in the 5-10 minutes I was there.
Restroom seemed ok on cleanliness.
Parking lot is also pretty tight but I found a parking spot pretty quickly. To me this is a grab and go location only. But stil needs to be clean in the dining area.
Parking: Space is busy and kind of tight for parking.
Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly Starbucks location. Way too small.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair into their space.
