I stopped on my way home from Christmas and was surprised by the friendly service.
Getting in the store is a little tricky due to the construction. But I'm sure that will pass.
I wanted a dark coffee. But for some reason the machine wasn't working. The person helping me was very accommodating and promised to make me anything I wanted for the same price. The tough thing is I wanted a black dark roast coffee.
I ended up with a cafe Americano - which doesn't taste like a dark roast coffee.
It was a nice stop. And I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

Got a large hot chocolate and they only filled it to 2/3 of a cup making what i got more like a medium and did not stir it ether so there was no flavor till I stirred it

No problem at this store. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews because the restaurant is always clean. People are always friendly drinks are made well. Staff is so sweet. They’re literally exceptionally sweet.

It’s not possible to leave a zero-star review, but this place deserves it. They yell at you to take food even if it’s not what you ordered. My name is Carlos, and the server yelled at me insisting that my order was labeled with the name “Erica.”

Every time I come here the service is slow and the chances of getting my drink made correctly is always a 50/50. The workers are constantly yapping on the headsets and take a while to acknowledge you while you’re waiting at the register. Unfortunately, I won’t will be coming here anymore and will be spending my money at a store where consistency matters and I feel valued as a customer.
This location was great a couple of years ago but has spiraled down tremendously.
