Seth was so nice and welcoming!!! From the time I went in to the time I left, I was there for maybe 2 hrs and he remembered my name and said bye in a such a nice manner even though I was leaving super close to closing. I felt extremely welcomed, he engaged in conversation and it was extremely genuine. I don’t live in the Katy area but I hope to be in the area again just to stop by this Starbucks. This is a small Starbucks right off 10 Frwy exit 740 going East. It is very small inside, maybe 6 or 7 tables. Maybe 4 or 5 patio table. I was getting a to go coffee around lunch time. No indoor table options. But outdoor options .
Iced Coffee was served quickly, staff was busy, cashier was polite and I was greeted when I walked in.
But the counter and cream area was dirty and large coffee spill on the pick up counter no one did thing about in the 5-10...
