Went thru the drive in and the girl in the window was rude and had an attitude . I complained to the manager and I felt she didn’t care and would not say anything to her.

This place is going downhill. There’s a cashier at drive-thru that always has an attitude if something goes wrong with the order or you ask any questions. The drinks I have been getting taste different every day. I switched to Starbucks on Mason. For the love of God please learn how much caffeine is in each drink.

I accidentally ordered my drink wrong on my Starbucks app this morning and Edgar was so sweet and offered to fix it for me without hesitation! Such great customer service and my drink was delicious!!

Went in on a late Monday morning. Service was fast and courteous. However, my drip coffee must have been some of the worse coffee I've ever had. It tasted old and burnt. Coffee machine needs to be cleaned. NASTY coffee! I had already left and just poured down the drain.

Had a drink made at a different store and it was not made right but the store manager at this location took the time to understand what was wrong and made it right. I really appreciate him taking the time and being patient.

Wow!!! is all I have to say. I was just kicked out of this establishment. We were here closing on a home loan. We literally had signed everything. We were going through the papers to make sure everything was signed. The employee said very rudely that we are closed. We said we are almost done. She ran to the door flung it open and said. WE ARE CLOSED YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NOW!!! Looks like it almost broke her nose ring. I'm writing this review outside of the store. This girl is looking at me, stomping her feet yelling and throwing her mop around. Stay Woke Go Broke. Can't control her emotions, rude, no work ethic. Choose your employees wisely. Worst store in the chain, not fit for business clients.
