I’ve given this Starbucks location three chances, and unfortunately, all three times my drinks have been consistently watered down and lacking the rich flavor I expect from Starbucks. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it seems there’s something off about how they prepare their beverages at this store compared to every other location I’ve visited. The quality just isn’t there, and it’s disappointing to see such a noticeable difference. For me, three out of three poor experiences is enough — I won’t be coming back

I’ve gotten like 5 drinks from this location and they’re absolutely awful. Compared to other starbucks’ their drinks are always watery and tasteless. This time I got the Raspberry Cream Cold Brew and while the foam was amazing the cold brew was terrible. It tasted like 95% water 5% coffee. Every single time I buy from here I waste my money.

You don’t clean the espresso machine before closing! Was told it was already cleaned 35 min before closing. Starbucks makes this right.

Horrible service This Indian lady scream at me for taking my time choosing a cup for a gift She told me not to touch them, she was very rude on Friday February 21 2025 at 5:00 if they read the review look at the shifts to know exactly who she was and teach her some customer service Never going back there

Bad experience. No customer service when I asked to remake my drink as it’s sour, apparently lack of pumps of syrups when the girl made it. She refused and asked me to get a refund lol. They may lack of labor due to Mother’s Day, but I’m not driving to get a bad drink and just get a refund. Who’d refund for the time I’m wasting here?

Terrible customer service. I was asked 3 times if I wanted the whipped cream. I reuse my cup and should get a cup discount plus 25 ?. Because she forgot to put it in the system, she insisted that she doesn't have it in that system. It took her forever just to log in. No wonder it was empty.This location is not recommended at all!

I had ordered two white caramel mocha , the order came with worst service ever coffee was not been made in right way as always i buy it i ask the employee it is not good as always she told me to go to kroger and get refund she didn’t even over replacement and she was rude with bad attitude
