Terrible customer service. I was asked 3 times if I wanted the whipped cream. I reuse my cup and should get a cup discount plus 25 ?. Because she forgot to put it in the system, she insisted that she doesn't have it in that system. It took her forever just to log in. No wonder it was empty.This location is not recommended at all!

I mobile order from here all the time. When you place a mobile order it's very specific with add ons and also provides an estimated pick up time, so why when I walk up at my pick up time (I waited 20 mins for a grande and a venti) the lady asked me if I wanted the crème base or coffee base drinks......so she didn't read my order and hasn't even STARTED making my drinks yet.... I feel like my drinks are never secure to pick up, they never ask me my name or anything I just walk up and take the order which worries me that someone else would walk away with my paid for order.

I had ordered two white caramel mocha , the order came with worst service ever coffee was not been made in right way as always i buy it i ask the employee it is not good as always she told me to go to kroger and get refund she didn’t even over replacement and she was rude with bad attitude
Ordered 3 drinks only got 2 drinks. Ordered a cheese danish i got a cold one. I asked her to heat it for me and she ignored me. Only 5 minutes later tell me to go do it myself. On top of being SLOW.

Terrible customer service. The barista was on her cell phone the entire time, used the pike place grounds when I requested blonde, made my pour over through the brewing machine, and used entirely too many grounds! Unbelievable! If I didn't happen to like strong coffee this would not be tolerable, and it's definitely not the starbucks pour over I know and love. I fear if I complained she would just make it worse
