I’ve walked the trail behind the store and stopped in for a beverage regularly over the past four years of living in the area. Today, I simply asked to use the restroom before ordering and was questioned as if I intended to cause trouble.
You never know who you’re speaking to when interacting with customers, and unfortunately, today’s experience was far from the sense of community and service I value. I used to have a great relationship with the previous manager and would have reported this incident, but instead, I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere—from today on.
You can keep your so-called policy.

I asked for a caramel frappuccino drink that included crunchy and extra caramel, and they gave me a frappuccino with just caramel. When I complained, the only response I received was "that's a different drink," when I didn't ask for it like that, nor had I consumed it, and they didn't even bother to add crunchy or anything.

First one for me, the barrister acted very upset trying to blame me for not being specific when I ordered iced beverages (she made two iced and two hot lattes when I specifically ordered all iced). It's not about the beverages but the way she handled it. I suggest additional customer service training for this location.

I keep coming back to this location for the convenience of just catching I10 right after, but each time I do, I'm always disappointed with service. It's not just about getting my coffee it's about feeling like I'm spending my money at a place that values me as their customer, not just another number or transaction. The order taker always rushes you when you order and always says " anything ele" after each thing you say. It's the most obnoxious thing. Reminds me of going to a McDonald's and ordering. Each time I experience being rushed when ordering at this location, I glance in the window, and it's always the same girl. I've mentioned my concern to the person handing the drink, but I don't think it's communicated. I get being efficient, but don't lose your customer service in the process.

Came by to get a flat white. Tasted like steamed milk and no espresso. Had to drive back to get a refund. The one bright spot was that the Hispanic girl at the cash register inside. She was very nice.

Good morning. I went yesterday at 6:00 am to buy 3 coffees. I had to wait more than 12 or 13 minutes and I was the only person inside, in the end they gave me a coffee that I didn't ask for. They gave me a super sweet coffee that I didn't ask for. I realized when I got to work and the order had a different name, I couldn't go back to return it. I hope to never buy from this site again.

There's a young asain barista who's very rude. She has a very bad attitude. I've had to deal with her twice once inside and one in drive thru. I ask her a question about my food and she keeps repeating the total each time with meaner attitude totally disregarding my question. She is a bad reflection of the company. I prefer other Starbucks with nicer staff.

This is my 1st inside visit and service was not that great. The cashier didnt understand the order. No one seems to be able to make a double shaken lemonade with Peach juice add dragon fruit. The first order was frozen and the second too too much ice.
The second order was a Carmel Frappuccino with a Carmel dizzle at the bottom of cup. More than a dizzle added to cup.

Next time I ask for whip cream I expect for it to be filled to the capacity ...I didn't realize this is what I was getting until I drove off do better

In recent days I attended and the girls Manuela and Valeria who were the ones who assisted me are exceptional in customer service. Their commitment to their performance is of Excellent quality.
I hope they continue to take this into account to hire more people like this since not all their collaborators have the same dedication.
