This location has begun to deteriorate. The drive-thru window consistently maintains an unsanitary condition. Inevitably, they are always out of a particular item, which has occurred three times within a month. What is the purpose of utilizing the app for this location if they fail to adhere to it? Nonetheless, the rustic lake location has become my preferred destination, and I am willing to go out of my way to visit that location.

This location has been going down hill for awhile now since Covid. I went in the location November 10th at approximately 10:50am and was helped by a guy named “River” who came off very rude. He first lied and said that they didn’t have iced coffee and luckily a co-worker stepped in and told him that wasn’t true. He then took my sandwich and tossed it across the back counter in a very disrespectful manner. Manager need to improve the customer service at this location.

This starbucks is one of the worst i've been to. As a barista I try to be understanding but there's always something wrong with my order and the service is mediocre. Don't order on ubereats/delivery because they WILL forget a drink or a food item and not do anything about it. Without fail everytime, this is the third time I order through ubereats and it's always either a drink or a pastry that's missing. I genuinely don't understand how you can mess up so often. When you go through drive thru in person it's okay but you're gonna be waiting a while and there's a 50/50 chance your drink will be made incorrectly. I usually don't leave bad reviews like this but this will be the last time I order from here, save your money and go to another starbucks or better yet buy from a local coffee shop.

Terrible service, they take too long to deliver orders. And generally there are quite a few staff DOING NOTHING and they do not serve customers. It has already happened to me on many occasions 😡

The barista noticed the Iced coffee looked too clear but did nothing about it. Besides that she added more ice. She did not care about it. Besides this they were super slow.

Funny how drastically the customer experience varies from store to store. This is one location that I am usually going out of my way to avoid, and am rather driving 5 miles further for better service and better quality of the 'handcrafted' drinks. Because about 3 out of 5 times there's an issue here. Forget about any slight customization because...reading optional, I guess.

As many others have noted, they are slowww, no matter how empty the joint is. Bucket hat bro is too cool for school, seems to jive in his own little world, never makes you feel welcome, but you could put new soles on the man's shoes at the speed he's moving. Unsurprisingly, he gets the order wrong often. But boy does he look down on you as he does. Ha.

The cups are always wet and sticky, at the mobile pick up spot they sit in pools of whatever other people ordered an hour ago. I mean, who doesn't love as sticky steering wheel, am I right?!

Forget about coming here to hang out over a cuppa. The music is too loud, the tables are wobbly and always sticky, not enough working power outlets. Towards the back of the store it's especially uncomfortable. Gone are the days when Starbucks was supposed to be "the third place," at least at this location. Dreams of a relaxed, jazzy, coffee-scented oasis made way to the atmosphere of a 90s cafeteria. "You're not entitled to the bigger straw, Johnny. Next!"

One single drink at Starbucks these days costs about almost as much as the TX minimum wage. Those are premium prices for what I would expect to be premium quality products and a premium experience. This ain't it.
