This place is definitely very, very bad. I don't even want to comment on how bad it was... bad in all aspects. All the drinks went into the trash.

Now I knew why this location got 2.6 stars. very bad customer service. The manager is so freaking rude, her name’s Trish I think. She is white so I feel she racism with someone is Asian like me I think. My friends who made the order at this location, they got the same behavior from her too.

My first time here, heard it’s better than the place I normally go to which one block away. But very disappointed, I ordered frappe but I received latte. As you can see on the label. I know you guys are busy on a sale day, but doesn’t mean you can make customers drinks wrong and it’s not even filled full up top!

This is the 5th times I’m being disappointed at this location. I live 10min from here and I always order my drinks from home before I get there so my drinks is ready to go. I’m a registered nurse and being late is not an option. Mind u I always tip bc I know it’s not easy to make money but Good customer service matters. They don’t care about customer service at all. Emily was rude after I asked about my drink that’s I ordered 15 min ago. I don’t recommend this Starbucks.

Terrible experience, I went seek my complimentary rewards refill after spending over $10 bucks, the “manager” who said her name was Carmen, walks up in a blue shirt, dirty hat no apron or name tag, and says the rules changed and we don’t do that, and I said this is a corporate location and the policy takes affect in February on the 13th so we as members are still able to utilize the rewards… her response was rude and condescending in tone and said that her store manager who she named a Brittany prever said this is how she runs “her” store and I said I will call corporate and confirm but I’m sure I’m right on this issue and she said to eight ahead and smiled and said she was giving me the energy she gets… this isn’t customer service, this isn’t professional, and this isn’t facts on her end, just wanted everyone who sees this to know who they’re dealing with

Please do not buy Starbucks at any Kroger. My drink was NOT DRINKABLE, full of ice and really bad made. Kroger have a partner ship with Starbucks, Kroger is not Starbucks and don’t care about the quality.I hope to prevent anyone from going to this location, especially any Kroger.

2:48 pm on a busy Saturday. No drip coffee made, refused to make any, no explanation why not. Never seen anything like it. Good job, kids.Edit: two girls standing behind the counter doing nothing, and they refuse to make coffee. I can’t wrap my head around it.

The old woman with long blond hair and who looks heavy smoker is not good at all. Her behavior with customers is irresponsible and not respectful. She engages in personal childish, mean comments with customers. She has no self esteem or self respect.
