This is the 5th times I’m being disappointed at this location. I live 10min from here and I always order my drinks from home before I get there so my drinks is ready to go. I’m a registered nurse and being late is not an option. Mind u I always tip bc I know it’s not easy to make money but Good customer service matters. They don’t care about customer service at all. Emily was rude after I asked about my drink that’s I ordered 15 min ago. I don’t recommend this Starbucks.

Please do not buy Starbucks at any Kroger. My drink was NOT DRINKABLE, full of ice and really bad made. Kroger have a partner ship with Starbucks, Kroger is not Starbucks and don’t care about the quality.I hope to prevent anyone from going to this location, especially any Kroger.

2:48 pm on a busy Saturday. No drip coffee made, refused to make any, no explanation why not. Never seen anything like it. Good job, kids.Edit: two girls standing behind the counter doing nothing, and they refuse to make coffee. I can’t wrap my head around it.

The old woman with long blond hair and who looks heavy smoker is not good at all. Her behavior with customers is irresponsible and not respectful. She engages in personal childish, mean comments with customers. She has no self esteem or self respect.

Terrible experience, I went seek my complimentary rewards refill after spending over $10 bucks, the “manager” who said her name was Carmen, walks up in a blue shirt, dirty hat no apron or name tag, and says the rules changed and we don’t do that, and I said this is a corporate location and the policy takes affect in February on the 13th so we as members are still able to utilize the rewards… her response was rude and condescending in tone and said that her store manager who she named a Brittany prever said this is how she runs “her” store and I said I will call corporate and confirm but I’m sure I’m right on this issue and she said to eight ahead and smiled and said she was giving me the energy she gets… this isn’t customer service, this isn’t professional, and this isn’t facts on her end, just wanted everyone who sees this to know who they’re dealing with

They didn't have berries for my drink that comes with berries but they charged same price and made no accommodations for the inconvenience. So I ended up with a clear drink that is usually red it had same flavor but it felt weird and didn't seem as refreshing.

Made a mobile order at 10:30 AM (store says open at 6:00 AM). Wife walks in and finds the Starbucks worker conversing with florist employee. My wife says she has a mobile order, and the worker responds with, "give me 15 minutes, it's been a circus of a morning," in a tone that isn't as warm as one would hope (and that's being generous). Also looks like she just arrived. This all happens while I (husband) hold our hysterical 1 month old in the car along with our crying 2-year old, no sleep, while my wife simply needs one singular coffee for a shred of morale for the day. Customer service and experience is not valued here. Won't be back. Guess the other reviews are right....

Sign posted that they were on a “break”. Both employees sitting at a Starbucks table, eating. I waited anyways. After 5 minutes 1 decided to take my order. Neither washed their hands or used gloves. One poured herself a drink.
