Once again RUDE service!!! Kaylyn at the drive up was so rude taking my order and then again handing me my order. So many times I come here and get treated horrible! Don’t try and call this store. No one ever answers! Phone call just drops.

I just bought a coffee and got the wrong one I can’t go back because I need to run errands next time be more careful on what orders you get.

Dear Starbucks Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your locations. I placed an order online for drive-thru pickup today, and the process did not meet the level of service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
1. When I picked up my order and thanked the staff member (red flower tattoo on her neck) at the window, their response was a dismissive “mm-hmm,” which came across as unprofessional and rude.
2. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my meal was incorrect. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the phone confirmed they were the manager but did not identify themselves until I asked multiple times. This lack of clarity and professionalism was frustrating.
3. The manager, Natalie, informed me that the only way to resolve the issue was for me to drive back to the store to have my meal remade. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was nearly to the street, causing further inconvenience as I had to wait again.
This entire experience—from the dismissive interaction at the window to the lack of proactive problem-solving—was disappointing. As customers, we choose where to spend our money every day, and experiences like this lets me know Starbucks isn't worth my time and money.
I hope this feedback helps improve your team’s approach to customer service and conflict resolution. I’ve always valued Starbucks for its quality and consistency, but this experience fell far short of those standards.

I like this Starbucks. Nothing really particular about It other than its convenient location right between Katy and Sugarland. The terrace is inviting, the interior is roomy and comfortable, and their drive-thru is efficient. I also appreciate the outstanding service provided here!

I’ve gone to this Starbucks before and every time I go there’s a barista (curly hair, pretty Hispanic girl, I think her name is Natalie?)who is always so sunshiny and nice when I come in! The staff is always so nice and friendly but she takes the cake with how hospitable she is! There are some regulars that I’ve seen her have to deal with that have left negative reviews (Wanda) that usually are decent but have been out of pocket from having to hear her yell at them through the phone. I know having hard customers can be difficult but seeing her persist through is always really cool and reminds me that good things come to those who work hard!

I used to be a faithful Starbucks drinker. That stopped when I started getting drinks that looked like this pretty much every single time. It's disappointing when you spend almost $7 on a drink and it's 3/4 full. Actually half full because most of it is foam. Today reminded me why I stopped and won't be back.

Being going here for the last 2 years, mostly did drive through, today we try to go inside. The place was not crowded but waited 25 minutes just for a chai tea latte. Nothing special, no idea what happened that it took so long, after 22 minutes of waiting I asked gently if maybe they mis placed it or what was going on and the lady responded in a very mad mood.

The location always seems to turn their mobile orders off. I tried on Mother's Day, Labor day weekend, during the pumpkin spice release. I always have to go the one on 1463 and Westpark but they end up being so swamped because they are taking the mobile orders instead.
Staff is great, mellow and chill atmosphere, definitely love coming here to write my screenplay, here I come Hollywood.
Only bad thing is the ghost in the bathroom is kinda rude, but that can't be helped
