Do not order ahead. Multiple times, after waiting in the store for 15 minutes, they have to look up my mobile order and then start making it. The drive-through is usually faster but it’s also possible to get stuck without moving for an extended amount of time.

This is the closest Starbucks from my house. Love the staff here. They are courteous and make very good coffee. I was served by Alex today who was very patient with my kids and helped them with their order.

They get orders wrong about 50% of the time. Specially as a tea drinker I order a London Fog, which is always made with Earl Grey tea. For some reason, they often use the wrong tea which ends up tasting disgusting. When this happens I always have to get out of my car, walk into the store, and have a person with a bad attitude remake it. This kind of defeats the purpose of a drive through.

I've started going to the Fry Road location even though it's a further drive because they don't mess up orders.

Service was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a crème-based Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino for my daughter. The barista made a Caramel Frappuccino instead and then blamed me for ordering the wrong drink. When I asked for it to be corrected, he said he could remake it but warned me that there was a long line behind me and I would “have to wait,” as if it were my fault. Completely unprofessional experience.
