My sisters and I were there for after dinner mocha, grande Frappuccinos. And we shared a walnut bread. Our bill was somewhere around $23. We asked for extra ice so that the drinks would be thick. All three of us were disappointed with our drinks. Tasted basically like crushed ice with non-existent coffee or mocha flavor. If we hadn’t had the whipped cream with chocolate drizzle, there wouldn’t have been flavor at all. We missed the coffee and mocha flavors that we ordered our drinks for. Next time, we won’t ask for extra ice if that was the issue. If extra ice dilutes the flavors or lessens the volume of ingredients in the drink, that should be mentioned to us. These drinks are expensive and should be made correctly and with quality in mind. Can get ice anywhere, wanted flavors. The walnut bread was good.

You know, I try to use the personal cup option to help "save the planet" but not at the expense of my wallet. This is the fifth time I haven't gotten the correct order or an incomplete order when using my personal cup. I try to report it on the app and online, but customer service makes it really difficult to do anything of the sort. The people are always very lovely but the end result seems to always be the same.

Came in the drive thru 2/27/25 waited in line more than 10 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me and still received a poorly made drink with a dirty lid.

I've been there 3 times and the service is good but the place is very dirty, the drinks are not as good compared to other Starbucks. I would like them to improve with cleaning at least since it is located in a good place.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. I recently ordered Glinda’s Pink Potion with dragonfruit inclusions. However, upon picking up my order, I noticed that the dragonfruit was missing from the drink.

When I called to inquire, the manager informed me that there was not enough dragonfruit available, but this was not communicated to me when I received my order. Additionally, there was no apology offered for the oversight. I requested a refund, and I was told I needed to come back to the store to receive it. Upon returning, not only was the refund not provided, but they were able to add the dragonfruit to my drink, which further added to my confusion.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially the lack of communication and customer service throughout the process. This experience has left me frustrated, and unfortunately, I cannot see myself returning to this location or recommending it to others.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future customer experiences.
