@Starbucks can you please stop requesting tips with every card transaction? Your Customers HATE this covid era nonesence and your employees hate it too! They are embarrassed every time! For God's sake stop it! Starbuck's revenue was over 37 BILLION in 2025. You do not need $1 tips to keep your empoyees happy, you need to increase their wages!

Service was HORRIBLE. All we wanted was 2 black coffees and they double checked TWICE. We asked for the coffee to be double cupped (It means to have the coffee and a empty cup stacked together) and they DIDNT listen!!

Very disappointed with my experience today. Are you using the same amount of coffee shot for Tall, Grande, and Venti sizes? My Venti cappuccino tasted like plain milk—there was barely any coffee flavor at all. It didn’t even come close to tasting like coffee.
Morning coffee sets the tone for the whole day, and this really ruined my mood. Please make sure the coffee-to-milk ratio is adjusted properly based on the cup size. Customers expect a stronger coffee taste when they order a larger size.

The passive aggressive note I got on my cup this morning. Ordered my iced shaken espresso. I never get asked what milk I want, and when she asked I said “whatever it comes with”. She said it doesn’t come with anything and I have to pick. We went back and forth because I didn’t want to ruin the drink with another milk. I looked it up and it absolutely comes with 2% milk. Then I got a note on my cup that seems pretty passive aggressive. This location is consistently underwhelming and inconsistent drinks/service.

Came here to study. Did not get her name. She was pretty with cute pink hair. I told her I was pregnant and couldn’t drink much caffeine. She gave me a great tea recommendation that will probably be my go to drink from now on.

This is a terrible place to go. The staff racially profiled me. I waited for minutes for someone to attend to me and no one did, until a white lady came in and was attended to instantly. Shame

I came here for my birthday drink on August 26. I got my usual drink (a modified caramel ribbon crunch) so I know exactly how it should taste. The drink I got was highly disappointing. It tasted like water. There was no crunch toppings and my cup was not lined with caramel. It tasted like they put a third of my requested drink and fill the rest with water, then topped it off with whipped cream and caramel then gave it to me. I understand that the birthday drink is complimentary, but this was extremely unsatisfying.

I will stop here because Starbucks is reliable across locations, and this one isn’t far from work for me. However, I would advise not going in the mornings. The lunch crew is friendly, always gets your order right, and is always fast. The morning crew is not. They’re never busy like most Starbucks usually are, yet they take a while complete orders, and this last Friday when they gave me a hot drink instead of iced (not a big deal at all, it happens) they seemed to have an attitude about the correction, and the girl at the drive thru (with the large headband) didn’t say anything when she handed it back to me, just shook the drink by the window, which was incredibly rude, and she’s never professional anyways. The afternoon crew is good but I’ll drive farther if I go out for coffee given this last time.
