Absolutely insane that on holiday red cup day y’all only had one guy working at 9am. And you can’t even tip at Starbucks so he is back there working his tail off for what?? Huge crazy line and no relief for this dude, unfair for him. Do better, management.

When I went online on the Starbucks app to place my order, it said that this location did not provide order ahead. When we arrived at Starbucks inside the target, the line was around the corner and we waited 20 minutes in line before we even got to order. This is unacceptable in today’s quick service-food, industry, and this location needs to figure out how to accept online orders. It’s 2025… Let’s get with it!

Great service every time I go there. To the corporate guy that was at this location this morning, you should probably wait until there isn’t a line to the exit door at 830am on a Saturday to pull your employees to the side to spend 20 minutes instructing them that the cold brew machine has to be cleaned once a week. People are waiting, and you obviously don’t have the sense to watch your customers.

Super bad service and the coffee didn't taste like anything. I bought a cake and then they told me that they didn't have any available and that I had to wait in line again. The staff didn't seem to be trained.

This place has amazing staff. We had bulk coffee order for Team and they did fantastic job to complete the order in quick time and properly put everything in tray to carry.
