Every single time i order from this location i never get what i paid for. I usually order cold foam on my drinks which costs $1.75 extra, but they NEVER put it on. And when u have to ask them to put it on in person after they forget, they don’t even make it a foam they just pour more cream into my drink. I mean how hard is it to make a simple drink. Also one morning i ordered online and paid $15. The order went through and they charged my card but when i got there IT WAS CLOSED. So ur taking my money every time u don’t give me what i paid for and when u charged me when ur weren’t even open. disappointing af

Im sorry but the drinks at this location do not taste like the other locations. Maybe more training?? There used to be a barista there that was decent but not anymore.
Lines are terrible here. If you have an hour plus to get anything at all then I'm sure it's great.
Title: Disappointing Veterans Day ExperienceI visited the Starbucks location today, excited about the Veterans Day promotion offering free coffee for service members. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the appreciation and warmth I expected. The staff was surprisingly rude and uninformed about the holiday promotion, leaving me feeling neglected and unappreciated as a veteran.Interestingly, they were distributing free hot chocolate and cookies to other customers, creating a stark contrast to their lack of acknowledgment for Veterans Day. This inconsistency in their approach was disheartening. I appreciate Starbucks' efforts to celebrate special occasions, but today's visit left me with a sense of disappointment. I hope they can ensure a more consistent and respectful experience for all customers, especially on meaningful occasions like Veterans Day.

I can't give it more than a 1 star. If I go there any time of day that's not morning when they open, it's fine there. But if you're a part of the 6am grab your coffee on the way to work crowd, you're out of luck, because the guy who opens the store is late every single day. He'll stroll in around 6:10am, but the store is supposed to be open at 6AM. Then he has to turn everything on and your drink won't be ready for sometimes 20 to 30 minutes. It's a joke.
