I can't give it more than a 1 star. If I go there any time of day that's not morning when they open, it's fine there. But if you're a part of the 6am grab your coffee on the way to work crowd, you're out of luck, because the guy who opens the store is late every single day. He'll stroll in around 6:10am, but the store is supposed to be open at 6AM. Then he has to turn everything on and your drink won't be ready for sometimes 20 to 30 minutes. It's a joke.

I cant even believe im writing this right now but my friend and I had the worst customer service ever today. Ive never had a starbucks reusable cup in my life , and with the spring collection there were so many facinating designs! I was looking at a cup and a worker basically snatched it out of my hand and said that they wanted it. I was sad , but its ok as There are many starbucks in katy and I will simply just go to another.
