Inside the Krogers. Order on the app or avoid this place. Stood in line waiting for a drink for my wife for nearly 40 minutes. No exaggeration. I checked my arrival time. -_-
2 ladies making drinks and honestly getting after it pretty well, but the line was kinda long, one lady dropped some food and had to remake it twice, and the worst of all was dozens of app orders came in and people just walked up and grabbed their drinks as I continued to wait.
My wife kinda laughed at my story. “Yeah, don’t ever go to that one without ordering on the app.”
Seems dumb. Now I know.

Be prepared to wait at least 15 min for a drink even if no one in line. Online your order 20 min early (forgot to do that today and waited a bunch)

Emily the barista was by herself in the morning. That’s not her fault but she was having a full on conversation on speaker, with her friend on the phone while there are 3 people in front of me in line waiting. There was also black stuff (maybe burnt pieces from another food?) in my plum danish. She does not care and offered unprofessional service.

I came for a coffee and there was no one else in line than me. I waited for almost 5 minutes for the barista to at least look at me and help me, but it never happened. She just ignored me (the girl with the red hair). When I turned around to leave, she looked at me really badly and she didn't care that I didn't buy anything. I don't usually leave this type of review but I recommend you to look for staff who have human qualities at least to greet and provide good service.

The woman working the counter was probably the rudest barista I’ve ever met. Kroger, Starbucks you need to do better.

I’ve been to this startbucks 5 times since it’s the closest to my house. EVERY SINGLE TIME the barista there is super rude and the crappiest thing that it’s never the same one. I placed an online order which they got wrong. When I arrived there I needed to get sleeves but no one was there to help me. I kept saying Hello, Hello…. Until finally the barista comes out with the worst attitude ever.I’m taking by business elsewhere.

There is always no one inside, we just have to wait 20mins and leave, even if we let the Kroger people know, still no use. Better to close this store and not make customers wait and waste their time.

Do not go this place!!! This girl is so rude and can’t make any of beverages!!! I ordered first pistachio Frappuccino … she did .. I tasted it was horrible… I asked is that really Frappuccino Pistachio… is it ingredients changed because it’s doesn’t taste like … I asked to replace to Frappuccino cookie cramble… which is absolutely different one she gave me… and yes tastes horrible …and doesn’t look that at alllll .. where is management ??????
