I just wanted to leave a comment regarding the excellent service I received at the Starbucks I visited today. My Barista (Carmen) was not only very fast with my order, but had it made perfectly and with a very positive and friendly attitude. Often you have to deal with people who view the customers as a burden - but that is certainly not the case at this location.

I gave this specific store 2 stars given the fact that everytime i come to this specific store I have a multitude of problems. I came today and one 2 of my drinks they forgot the cold foam and put the syrup on the wrong drink after it was specified on the cups. Many other times they've gave me watered down drinks always with my refreshers. Always a wait time, and drinks are almost always wrong.

I visited your store for Free Coffee Day and while I appreciated the offer, I was charged for my add-ons. Unfortunately, my order was mistakenly prepared as black coffee, which was not what I requested. I reached out to the store and spoke with Manager Tiffany, but I found her response to be dismissive, which left me disappointed. The service did not meet the standard I expect from my favorite coffee shop, and the coffee itself was not up to par.
I would kindly suggest that if promotions like this are offered, they be executed with genuine care and attention to detail. If not, it would be better to avoid offering free items altogether. In this case, I would have preferred to pay the full price for a better experience.

Rude... Ordered in the cafe and my drink never came out. I asked a lady that was working she rolled her eyes and shrugged. I also ordered a iced matcha one time and there was not a ice cube to be found. This location has some major attitude problems!!!
