Please give me extra if im paying for it.... I got a caramel ribbon crunch with extra drizzle and extra topping and it looked like there was barely any than the normal amount. I used to work at Starbucks and idk whats going on lately but my drinks are nevr good anymore

What's the point in putting a pick up order if it's not going to be ready by time assigned. Line was backed up on the drive through and the vehicles were still all served before my order was completed. Obviously prioritizing drive thru over pick up online orders.

The slowest Starbucks in the area. It has a prime location but is not prepared for the traffic flow. There is no reason to sit in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes with a line that extends into the shopping center's travel lanes.

Horrible customer service I was going through the drive thru waited 10 minutes for them to take my order so then I proceeded to try at the pickup window and nobody opened the window that I could talk to I waited for 10 minutes again and then left horrible customer service 20 minutes of my time wasted attempting to do the simple task of getting a coffee

Let me start by saying I was genuinely excited to try Starbucks’ new Horchata-inspired drink. As long-time, I ordered a large, expecting that creamy, spiced coffee experience the menu promised. What I got instead was a cup filled to the brim with ice—3/4 of the cup, to be exact. It felt like I paid $6 for a few sips of diluted oat milk with a whisper of coffee.

Frustrated but hopeful, I decided to give Starbucks another chance (and another $6) by asking for a remake with half the ice. The barista obliged, but the second drink was somehow even worse. This time, it was overly sweet oat milk slurry with barely a hint of espresso. Where was the coffee? The balance? The *horchata* flavor? It tasted like someone forgot the recipe entirely.

To add insult to injury, being charged twice for what should’ve been a simple fix is appalling. If I’m paying premium café prices, I expect consistency and quality—not a guessing game of “will this taste like coffee or oat milk soup?” Save your money and skip this one. Starbucks, do better.
