LOVE this Starbucks! I just moved to the area and I went this morning and everyone was very friendly and got the drinks out really fast. And my matcha was rich and delicious. This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to. My new matcha go to! :)

I understand that it can be overwhelming when the high school kids come in . And i, myself knowing about the industry it can be so difficult to manage when it’s super busy, I made sure I was being very nice to the employees because that’s what a normal person should do. Anywho i was there to buy a drink and waited patiently. Me and the other person I was with we are in our 20s so I guess we blended in with the big group of high schoolers. My friend reached over to grab a straw, because everyone was busy. Plus we had been waiting, but we understood it was very busy at the moment. As my friend reached over an employee just yelled at us just because we wanted a straw. When the high schoolers weren’t even buying anything and were just being loud and crowding the entrance. That employee caught everyone’s attention and it was unecessary because we were being good customers and we didn’t complain once. I wish that employee handled it better but we understand how busy and disturbing kids can be . Overall the other employees were very nice and helpful

I came into to study like usual got a drink and a brownie and started to do my notes when I noticed one of the workers were massaging the other. It was a white man with tattoos glasses and long hair massaging a young Latina girl and she looked very uncomfortable. Management needs to be checked asap because this is dsigusting will never be back at this location and pray for the young lady being taken advantage of.
The baristas team is awesome! They are super organized and knowledgeable. They are so kind and always paying attention to details to make sure we feel welcome! Thank you so much to this amazing Starbucks barista team! 😎👍

Been coming here for 5+ years and this barista treated me like some poor dude since I’m wearing gym clothes with a bad hair day and passive aggressively said you know you have to buy something to get a free water. I’m on my morning jog please just give me a water or I’ll order EVERYTHING off the menu at once to ruin your day.
