This Starbucks has slow baristas and bad service! I stood at the counter for multiple minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I asked for multiple pup cups in a grande cup, this had the baristas backwards, like it was some elaborate math problem. I heard them say to each other over their headsets “Are we able to do that?” Yes. Pup cups are something you can ring up, so ring up multiple, and put it in a larger cup. Quite simple. Insanely simple. But no, of course I was met with pushback like I had asked for them to do the hardest task ever. Shooting whipped cream into a cup, how will they ever recover. Finally though, after their traditional argument with customers over having to do their job, they decided to proceed with my request. They still failed to deliver, the picture attached is the “pup cup” I received. Also, they didn’t ring in the pup cups to begin with, they just handed me the alleged product. So management should probably coach their baristas better about accounting for stock used, because you’re most definitely supposed to ring up any and every transaction to align with standards. I hope whoever put the liquid in the cup this morning is in stable condition and that their fingers don’t hurt too bad after that strenuous task 💔

Usually they're on point. Took my order forgot to ask how I wanted it...10 mins later im still there she notices me then ask me after they had made it. However they have a habit of just setting things on the counter with the online orders amd dont call names...or at least some don't speak loud you'd never know your order was ready smh had to wait for them to represent make it which all in all made my day a late start. Get it together baby...I believe in yall.

I stopped by this Starbucks and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The bathrooms were dirty, even though there were hardly any customers in the store. The employees were chit-chatting behind the bar and, to top it off, they forgot my order. I had to remind them to make my jalapeño chicken pocket. When they finally brought it to me, the barista didn’t even acknowledge that they had forgotten my order, nor did they offer an apology. The food itself was still good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with the service at this location. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They always go above and beyond to ensure you leave completely satisfied. ❤️ Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service! Although this location is a bit out of my way, I would gladly make the extra trip every day if I could.

The staff wasn’t cordial. There was an issue with the milk I ordered in my latte. I am allergic to milk and requested oat, but regular milk was added in.
