Bad experience, the barista on the drivetru was so rude , withe guy with blonde long hair. The manager of the place , has to teach this guy how to treat people.

I dont recommend this location. I placed a mobile order at 5:37 p.m. and it said it will take 6 to 9 Minutes around 5:42pm. 2 customers came after me and placed their orders and received their orders before me. So I went to the counter and asked the girl with the pins on her hat what happened to my mobile order that I placed and she said sorry for the wait. But almost 30min for a mobile is inconvenience.

Generally, I only give 3-star ratings to Starbucks locations when they've exhausted their food supply, which happened in this instance, leaving only Egg Bites. However, the Frappe I ordered was enjoyable.
I had an order with $40 and when i gave the waiter DANIA $100 I’ve been told that we don’t have change and she didn’t make the effort to find it Bad service in this location

Staff was inattentive, disorganized, and lax. Ordered 3 bakery items and 2 drinks. The drinks came out well before the bakery items, and the people who could have been assisting with filling orders were just talking to each other. The order took over 10 minutes to fill, and there was only one person inside and 5 people staffed. I'm normally not impatient, but it bothered me because they almost made me late for an appointment. ??

Placed order through Uber eats for holiday drinks and was hoping to get the free red cups. Order was placed for 6am pick up and did not come with the red cups. No way this location ran out of them before 6am when they opened at 5.30am! Disappointed!!
I have ordered from here plenty of times, and this is about the 3rd time. The drink is not filled to the top. This is really annoying, time to fix this issue.

I think the service and the food is great. However there’s literally no seats. Every time you come in there’s only 5 tables.. before the remodeling there was plenty of seats. Yes there’s seats outside, however it’s so hot. Keep in mind this is Texas, with 100 degree weather. I love to come afterschool to study but for what, when it’s so hot and there’s no seats.

I went this morning through the drive-thru and this dude "Rich" who took my order was extremely rude, he kept talking over me and acting like he didn't hear me. Thanks to him not letting me talk they got my order wrong and I had to come inside to get a new one. I asked to talk to a manager and he said he was the one. What a shitty way to manage. He also kept yelling at the other employees all the time I was waiting for my drink, I truly felt bad for them. First and last time coming to this store.

I go to almost every starbuck in town, and my all time go to order is matcha latte with cold foam. Here they make it so good, the foam is dense not loose it hold for a long time compared to other usually disappear after 15 min. Worker is very nice and friendly. Quick, nice and neat. I was so satisfied I put more tip in it (not a lot) Which they totally deserve it
