I ordered a venti brown sugar oat shaken espresso but when I got it my cup wasn’t full and there was so much ice. I am not happy with this coffee and how it was made. Never coming back to this location

I get coffee every day, I have been to at least 5 locations. The Mason location is awesome. The staff is always so cheerful, smiling. Shout out to Steven (hope I spelled that right) who is so kind. Mason location rocks.

Walked in first thing I see is a man's entire butt out. My husband asked him to cover and instead he came outside and told him and his daughter are not ans banned from this location. Please have this review go to your corporate office. Starbucks is not family oriented

this is disappointing i showed her my recipe and she told she got it i have to wait about 15' for order by at store. i have to ask how long i have to wait,and they put my cup wrong way at drive thru, and wrong my recipe without 3 white mocha! when i realize i don't have the time go back i am on the way go to school

Went in for a coffee, an employee named Emani or Imani had one of the worst attitudes every she rolled her eyes at me and never bothered to call my drink out just slam it on the counter and walked off . I will be calling corporate, being a barista for Starbucks before for 4yrs I’ve never treated any of my customers in such a manner.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered drinks with an extra shot in both. I got drinks that did not have an extra shot and were apparently watered down since they didn't taste like coffee. Very little whip and put together sloppily. I don't know if Starbucks is worn out and about to fold or if we need some personnel training. It costs way too much to take another spin through this one's drive through
