We couldn’t get what we really wanted because we came too early so I settled for shrimp and grits and it was great.

The baristas were rude and you can hear them talking about the Customers or complaining constantly about making drinks. My drink was cold and I asked for it hot. It was inside a cup for hot drinks, but the drink wasn’t hot. The food look way to long and the girl asked everyone if they wanted a stopper for there drink except for me.

I would definitely not recommend you to go to any Starbucks ever. As many people have said about McDonald’s. They also are supporting israel and if you do not know, they have been losing a lot of money by people boycotting. I deserve my rights to free speech and to say on this review that I used to go to the Starbucks, but mainly to get free food and most of my friends that have worked at these locations are the best people ever. I specify that there are good people that work here, but a lot of the people are just like the corporate management up above and the monopolies that created them, as always much love from Houston and the universe and please take care and stay safe. <3 !! :) :D Ɛ>Vegetarian options: there are veggie optionsParking: limited spaces but there are enough on the side

4 Stars because my first time here they were so friendly. I asked for a blonde and they didn’t have any so the barista offered me a pour over. That almost never happens and it tasted great!! Would stop here again.

Fine as usual. I had to order a tall and a grande nitro and ask for an extra cup to make a venti nitro. Seems like they could just have that as an off menu item and save two peices of plastic. This individual location was convenient, clean and quick. Thanks.

I have been going to the Katy Starbucks on Mason Rd and this location since they opened. To me this is the best Starbucks. They have the best staff. They are respectful, and the staff all work together. The management is great. It's clean and considering it seems to be a high volume store. I have been to NYC Starbucks, New Jersey, Morocco, Mexico and now I went to The Clovis NM location for my coffee. I have never been mistreated by the staff like yesterday. I entered and waited about 7 minutes along with another patron who got so mad and walked out. Someone from the back finally came out and I said "can you take my order? I have been waiting. He got a tremendous attitude with me. I walked down to the end of the counter and told the employee how rude he was and that I needed his name. HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. MY DRINK WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. DID NOT TASTE IT TILL THE CAR. Why does my Katy store charge $3.95 for 4 shots and The Clovis store charge $4.17. Wasn't clear by him why? I go to Starbucks twice a day. I have also lost out on my stars because I can't get the Starbucks App to work. Very disappointed with you all. I even sometimes go twice daily. If you reach out to The Katy store and ask them for a Marilyn and they will know. Reason is I get 15 splenda and 4 shots of Expresso. Unless they are new Baristas. Our Manager left. Just left this location after putting in an online order on my break. Got there and patiently waited for 25 mins while they were just taking their precious time to prepare drinks. Several other customers were leaving as well. I literally watched many of them walk around looking for what to put in drinks and some just standing around confused. I usually don’t have an issue with this location but the workers today need A LOT more training. And this is coming from someone that worked at Smoothie King. Disappointed!
