Came in for a sandwich, quick bite on the way to a 4th of July party. I've never been served so rudely...this man was the rudest, grouchiest, a-hole I've ever dealt with in customer service in my hometown Katy. This guy put forth no effort in making our sandwich, did not listen or follow instructions, and by the time we opened the wrapper to find what was inside - we were so disgusted we didn't eat the sandwich. Went to the party and told our friends about this Subway experience! Check out the way this man made our sandwich!! This guy needs to get fired.

Worst subway I ordered 3 toasted sandwiches none were toasted all were cold and no one read how to make the sandwiches the condiments were on the wrong sandwiches flat out worst $22 ever spent on food

DONT DO IT! The toaster was broken... no big deal, it happens. But my meatballs on my sub were cooler than the outside temperature. I took 2 bites and was done. My husband and moms veggies were warm and wilted. I'm guessing the steam table is broken and no one is bothering to put ice under the veggies that should be kept cold. Its rare that I have given a bad review, but this is an actual health Hazzard. We didn't ask for a refund or go back in because we were delivering live cargo and had a schedule to keep. None of us finished our food because my mother works in the medical field and I have a degree in medical Laboratory science... and it only took 2 bites to realize we were risking getting sick. If you know how to reach the local health inspector for this area... I would STRONGLY encourage it.

We ordered online and you would think with written instructions these people would be able to get it right. I got a turkey bacon with avocado slices with some veggies. 1. They put guacamole instead of slices 2. Bacon was soggy like a wet noodle. 3. Tomatoes were bad and lettuce was wilting. My sister added salt, pepper and vinegar to here which they completely forgot. Overall it was just crap.
