This place was all around poor. I was considering at first not to leave a review just because of how poor it was. But now I am suffering from food poisoning after eating here. The only staff member there was on the phone hiding in the back. While I'm ordering my food it seems like they are trying to rush me along. Most likely to get back on the phone because they don't want to be there. The food was definitely not stocked either. No banana peppers hardly any pickles. Then when I was about to pay with cash, they tell me they aren't accepting cash because they don't have change. The place doesn't appear to have any business. So how could they be short on change. I can understand not being able to use a card, but using no cash is unheard of in my opinion. After checkout she immediately gets back on her phone before I can even make it out the door. Very awkward and made me anxious ordering from here. Obviously I got food poisoning as well. After I left and ate it at home

Decided to give this Subway location a second chance. What a mistake the store looked dirty,they didn't have any ice again in the machine. As soon as I walked in the lady's working were on their phones didn't bother to ask if I needed to place an order. She finally came to the front of the store and asked if I wanted to place an order. As I was getting my drink, the other employee walked out with a cup of ice to serve herself some Dr. Pepper, mind you, this was after I was told the store had no ice. The machine only had 2 drinks working Dr. Pepper & vitamin water. I really do think the store owner to pay this location a visit.

I ordered a sandwich and asked for it toasted and it was ice cold. The person working at this location barely knows English and communication was very difficult. After my sandwich was made she states drink machine broken and there's extra charge for bottled drink. After looking at my receipt she gave herself a tip. I did not want to give a tip but apparently she gave herself one. This is totally unacceptable.
This is second subway I've been to in a 2 mile radius with broken drink machine.

Sandwiches are good, but every time I've been there in the past few weeks, the soda machine has been down. If you're looking forward to a fountain soda with your meal, you may want to call ahead.

Gotta be the worst subway in the area, not a single English speaker working here, charging full price on footlongs when they're only giving 6 inch servings spread out on a 12inch loaf, then proceeding to charge $3 extra when I complained about the servings, not only that but the sandwich was cold as ice because they seem to want to rush making everything despite there not being a line, like let it cook dammit. Drink machine never works per usual (I barely ever come here btw). If I could get in contact with the regional manager, I'd get this place situated in a heartbeat. This is unacceptable in all aspects, utter bullshit. Go to a different subway if you can, they all need to be fired here
Every time I go to a restaurant I am not expecting to be treated like a king honestly however every time I go to this place I try to be really nice with the lady and I try to make myself clear but she just ignores me sometimes or she just stares at me like and she acts like I’m not even there
I also placed the other day an online order and when I went to the restaurant and I talk to her about my order she said that she didn’t see it and after that, she turned around and didn’t talk to me anymore (and yes, I did show her my receipt and all the information on my phone)
I would understand a little bit of all this if the restaurant was at least really busy but I wasn’t the case because most of the times I am the only customer, actually it has been never the case because I have eaten here at least five times and it is always the same story with this lady. To be honest I have no idea why she still works here because I have seen multiple bad reviews about the same person over the years and unlucky for me every time I go to this restaurant, she is working
Please do not come to this restaurant, there are more Subways nearby and they have better attention and customer service (although every restaurant in Texas has better customer service anyway) they definitely deserve a zero stars review
I recommend this place if you want to have a bad and awkward experience in that case you guys deserve even a six star review

The women working are very rude and just rush you as you order. The whole time I was there one lady gave me attitude and dirty looks as I was eating my food and talked about me in spanish assuming i couldn’t understand. This was my worst experience.
