Walked in and there was only 1 worker and she was eating. She made us wait and then when she came and tried to make our food without washing her hands. The ham looks older than me and the lettuce was brown !

Will never go back! First she couldn't understand me didn't speak English, the meat looked like it had been sitting for a week couldn't cut the sandwich and didn't even wrap it just threw it in a bag. Terrible service terrible food!

Should’ve seen the other warnings. Unsanitary and I have no clue what is in their lemonade and can only imagine the upkeep of the rest of the store.

So I stopped coming to this location because the people that worked here were incredibly messy and mean. Today I gave it another tried cause it was the closest store and I was glad I did; I had an amazing sandwich and both girls Indira and Dayana were super sweet and helpful and FAST. I enjoyed my lunch.

I’ve been here several time on my break and it’s not as pleasant as i would like it to be. Fountain drinks never works. They don’t Accept subway Coupons. The employee asked if i would like my sandwich toasted i said yes, she puts my sandwich in the toaster and left it in there for a few seconds and cancelled it Absolutely Not . I really don’t want to leave a review but it just keeps happening. The line was long and it just took forever while the other employee is just on her Phone in the back.

I came here for the first time a few months ago during my lunch break at work. At that time when I walked in, it looked very rundown, but I didn’t let that really good to me since I ordered online to go. One thing I noticed once I left and got back to work is that my drink had expired about three months prior, my drink wasn’t even flat. There was nothing wrong with it so I finished it. No big deal. But I did remember telling myself that I probably would never come there again. Fast-forward to today, I remembered exactly why I told myself that. The place still looks horrible. They had absolutely no mountain drinks in stock because the machine wasn’t even running. The ones that were in the refrigerator, were sucked in from having no gas or once again EXPIRED!!! This time the sandwich not good at all, pickles tasted disgusting like they were going bad. Needless to say, I did not have lunch today because it went in the trash. Never coming here again!! Waste of time and money!!

This place was all around poor. I was considering at first not to leave a review just because of how poor it was. But now I am suffering from food poisoning after eating here. The only staff member there was on the phone hiding in the back. While I'm ordering my food it seems like they are trying to rush me along. Most likely to get back on the phone because they don't want to be there. The food was definitely not stocked either. No banana peppers hardly any pickles. Then when I was about to pay with cash, they tell me they aren't accepting cash because they don't have change. The place doesn't appear to have any business. So how could they be short on change. I can understand not being able to use a card, but using no cash is unheard of in my opinion. After checkout she immediately gets back on her phone before I can even make it out the door. Very awkward and made me anxious ordering from here. Obviously I got food poisoning as well. After I left and ate it at home

Decided to give this Subway location a second chance. What a mistake the store looked dirty,they didn't have any ice again in the machine. As soon as I walked in the lady's working were on their phones didn't bother to ask if I needed to place an order. She finally came to the front of the store and asked if I wanted to place an order. As I was getting my drink, the other employee walked out with a cup of ice to serve herself some Dr. Pepper, mind you, this was after I was told the store had no ice. The machine only had 2 drinks working Dr. Pepper & vitamin water. I really do think the store owner to pay this location a visit.

I ordered a sandwich and asked for it toasted and it was ice cold. The person working at this location barely knows English and communication was very difficult. After my sandwich was made she states drink machine broken and there's extra charge for bottled drink. After looking at my receipt she gave herself a tip. I did not want to give a tip but apparently she gave herself one. This is totally unacceptable.

This is second subway I've been to in a 2 mile radius with broken drink machine.
