This shop has like barely any workers. You have to crow out for someone for 5 minutes before you get a response. Lady at the counter with the blonde hair will straight up not listen to you or acknowledge your existence. I ordered online, they messed up both the sandwiches and didn’t toast them. When I brought this up to the worker she tried arguing with me that I didn’t include toasted or certain ingredients. I HAD TO POINT IT OUT TO HER ON THE RECEIPT. When I asked for the sandwich to be remade she refused and gave me the same sandwich toasted with dried sauces. When I asked for more sauce she said most of them were out. It is worth driving to an alternate subway location, very disappointed with the service. She demanded that I give back my open bag of chips and my bitten into sandwich for “accounts”.

I came in this evening at 9 PM. When I walked in the restaurant was hospital clean with freshly updated decor. The only soul in the restaurant was the person behind the counter. They were making two sandwiches for, what I assume, was a door dash order. This neck-tattooed individual was moving at a snails pace and was also singing to himself. All of this so far is just fine. What is not fine is that it took 2:30 seconds to look up, and acknowledge me. I’m not disappointed that this individual tried communicating to me in Spanish, every time he needed to know the details of the sandwich. It was, however, immediately obvious the first time that I do not know how to speak Spanish. Oh, well…

The most disappointing thing ,however is whoever owns this franchise is either too cheap, too busy in other businesses, or just flat doesn’t care who’s running the store.

I’ve lived three minutes away from this location for 11 years. I’ve only been a few times, and each time I’m hoping the tide has turned. It hasn’t, and once again I’m the sucker….and it’s my own damn fault.

I have been to this place few times before but it was really strange to see how their employees are trained to talk to the customers. Shame on their customer service and communication.

WARNING DON’T GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!

Order delivery was incomplete and No one answer the phones at subway. Total disappointment. Next day I went with my receipt and requested to speak to management. He’s never there and I spoke to very nice young man and he called and spoke to franchisee from his cell and he asked for my number. Still no response.
No one ever picks up the phone there.

I was Missing 2 bottle sodas and the churro would have chipped a tooth had I tried to bite into it. Ingredients were totally wrong.

SUBWAY should consider removing him from this franchise as he doesn’t care about his customers. The owner is non responsive to my complaints.

St the very least Give me credit for the 2 missing sodas and a 2.00 Churro I left back at the store. Hard as a brick.

Very poor customer service. Never greeted or shown any professionalism. A guy with a neck tattoo would just gossip to the other lady working there in Spanish while making orders.

As a customer I felt like an after thought. Whoever owns this place definitely does not care about training on customer service or feedback from their other reviews.
I don't expect Michelin star service from a subway but this place was below the minimum expectations for any place providing service.

The food was usual subway quality. The place was clean at least.

I definitely won't return to this store again.

I ordered online and it’s been over 45 minutes and they haven't made my sandwich yet. Im trying to reach them through phone call and they're picking up and hanging up. Dont recommend this subway to anyone. Trash ass service

Unfortunately, a blonde-haired person who works there is apparently a very rude Hispanic manager who prevents people who go to pick up orders from using the bathroom and sometimes asks them to pay $2 to use it, which according to Subway policies, which I doubt is true. It's not the prohibition or not of use, but rather how rude and ill-mannered the lady is.

Second time staff is rude. The sandwich was a joke. If you see your avocado is brown already switch it out. You have back up in the fridge for a reason. People pay a good price for this they deserve a better sandwich. Never coming in again.

The customer service was horrible and I waited there for 15 minutes for them to finally finish making something so simple once I got my food it smelled like I could've got something better from the garbage.
The place is absolutely dirty and there's two employees on duty. I wasn't even finished with my order. and he already left to make my food.
He interrupted me to leave and make something. Another thing I ordered was the cookie which wasn't even filled all the way into the pan. It was halfway filled smooshed and raw. I will not be coming back to the subway.
