Absolutely horrible. I walk in…a black hair guy is standing making sandwiches. Doesn’t even acknowledge me doesn’t say hi no eye contact, nothing. I wait a good 30 seconds then I say “hi” he looks up and says hi, goes back to making sandwiches. I wait another 30 seconds, I ask him if there is anyone else working that can take my order, he looks up and says no it’s just me. I ask “will I have to wait until u finish those two sandwiches and he looks up and says yes. I say “ I ask because I’m in a hurry and need to leave if that is the case” he kept making sandwiches. I understand if you’re the only one working and you’re fulfilling an order before mine. I get it. But to have me stand there and never acknowledge me or even look up. A “I’ll be with you soon as I finish this order” would have been nice. Horrible customer service. I rather go to a different Subway than to stop there again.

Ordered a footlong sandwich and a drink through the app, but when I went to pick them up, the staff informed me that the drink was unavailable and offered no alternative solution. To make matters worse, when I went to eat, I discovered that I had only received a 6-inch sandwich! Fortunately, I didn’t leave the store, as I would have faced significant consequences.

This staff at this location are very unprofessional. I ordered a meatball sub online for pickup and had my husband to go pick it up for me. He gets there about 45 min later, and they tell him they are out of meatballs. That’s not their fault, but what is their fault is failure to call me . They tell him I can pick another sandwich, so I decided to get buffalo chicken. Well the buffalo chicken barely had any buffalo sauce (see picture below). I will not be going back to this location.

This was embarrassing a flat bread Philly with no meat or cheeee. Like 3 pieces Worst I have ever seen from a Subway Taco Bell looked like a 5 star restaurant compared to this placeAvoid !
