My family and I have gone on several occasions and when a Hispanic man with glasses serves us, it goes badly for us, he is rude, bad-tempered because he gives bad answers. He already knows us because he sees us every Friday night and today he put too much pepper on the sandwich.

HORRIBLE service! I laced a pickup order on the app. I walk in 20 min later. A guy who speech is impossible to understand wanders out of the back. I tell him I ordered from the app, he has no idea. He checks the register, prints the order, and the FINALLY starts to prep the sandwiches. Total waste of time. UNACCEPTABLE!

One of the worst Subways I've ever been to. Walked in and two people came out from the back, didn't look up, greet us or anything. Just put on gloves and said what do you want? I also had a gift card from Christmas that apparently wouldn't work, even though I've never used it. They both seed like they did not want to be there and help anyone.

Skimpy with the tuna!!!! They put a little and spread it as if it was butter!!!!! So when I bite i end up eating bread ang veggies.Don't be cheap!

Thers is girl named perla, she was very gentle while making sadnwich, smily warm welcome and arranging all food finely, perfecr sqeeze of creams and wrap where it does not spill out. Its unlikey in subway where u generally see tired faces and i understand why. Yet perla made very fine sandwish just as i was insteucting her to.Thanks for great sandwich and customer service.
Worst experience I’ve had at a Subway! Both my daughter’s order and mine were wrong. She asked for bacon it was left in the microwave. I asked for a salad twice and they gave me a protein bowl and they gave me like quadruple the meat. I only asked for double. They were not at all friendly. The food had a distinct chemical taste to it.

The girl helped was very nice and professional and she gets 5 stars, but sadly the other lady came and touched my food with out changing her gloves!!When I made the comment she got made and still charged me for a foot long that I didn't get!!Sorry that I have allergies from the meet you touched for the other customer..And very sorry that you don't like your job and if your having a bad day.
