Terrible service,food disgusting and Order was completly wrong from what I ordered. Was not greeted for at least 5 minutes when I walked in to start my order while workers were on their phone ignoring me.

Absolutely unacceptable experience, and sadly, not the first time. I placed an order for a footlong cookie and 4 white macadamia cookies, which the store accepted. Then came the delays multiple driver changes, followed by a text from the driver saying items were missing. No one picks up the phone at the store, and customer support is just as unreachable.I specifically asked to replace the footlong with white macadamia. What did they send instead? RAISIN COOKIES which I’m allergic to. Not only that, they had the nerve to charge for it, despite getting the order completely wrong. This isn't just poor service it’s careless, reckless, and dangerously irresponsible, especially with allergies involved. I have no doubt the staff deliberately ignore requests and substitute items without care — it’s happened before.
If you’re out of something, mark it as unavailable on Uber Eats. It’s not hard. It just takes a tiny bit of professionalism, which this store clearly lacks.
Until the staff are trained to respect customers and take allergies seriously, this store has no business fulfilling online orders. Shameful service. Zero accountability. Never again.
