More than half of their drinks were out of order which was not disclosed prior to purchase. When I asked if I could switch for a bottle drink, I was told no. Note to self - check before purchase at this location.

I went in to purchase 4 gift cards in the amount of $25 each for a total of $100 at Store #48524. In your store is a promotional sign that states you will get one free 6 inch sub with each purchase of $25 gift card. It also states under terms and conditions that free sub must be redeemed by 1/31/2025. I was told I was only entitled to 1 free six inch sub period and that I had to get it at that moment. I went to another Subway # 42209 and purchased 4 gift cards. After receipt for gift card printed...another receipt printed redeemable for 1 six inch sub to use by 1/31/2025. I realized the following day that I actually needed a couple more gift cards so I went back to store #48524 thinking that with proof showing receipt for free 6 inch sub communications would be clear. No such luck. I ordered a $25 gift card, receipt prints but no extra receipt. I question the lady at counter and she repeats that it's only 1 free sub no matter how many gift cards you order AND...you had to get it right then. I show her receipt for free one, with picture from website showing limit of 4 free subs but she is on phone with someone and says only 1 free . Store number #48524 has definitely lost my business....
In my humble opinion, the franchise owner is trying to scam his/her customers.

It depends on who makes it. A woman made our sandwich 2 weeks ago, and it was almost perfect. A young guy made our sandwich last week, and it was terrible.

I waited for more than 10 minutes in line when no one helped me, they were more concentrated making online orders, two people in front and the manager standing behind them and not one help me out, they were just making their online orders, I do understand they also wants to get the online orders done but Im also at the store waiting on line nobody greeted me or anything or told me that they would be with me in a sec, I am standing on the front to order my sandwich and they just completely ignored me I just walked away, Bad service not coming back forsure.

half of the time there’s only the one worker and i feel really bad when its rush hour and they have to multitask with the customers and the online orders and they’re hardly tipped. the manager needs to be better at organization for them.

If I could leave all zero's I would. This store is always out of everything. The manager either sucks at ordering inventory or the franchise owner isn't paying his/her bill to subway. I could walk into a subway in Detroit and it would be cleaner and safer feeling than this location. Subway Corp Please send the franchise owner through training again or close this location, it's a disgrace when it comes to quality,cleanliness, and customer service....

The reason I am giving this place a three star review while I give everything else on this specific location. A five star review is because I love the people who are employed here and they deserve all the credits they get but subway as a monopoly is not a good brand. I know that they do not have a complete hold over sandwiches, but they have been around forever and they continue to pay people low wages, and also continue to seem unnoticed by the media, especially after all of the Jared from subway incident. Fast food, restaurants continue to be very difficult to understand from the public eye and society continues to support them and I am no different so I will admit my hypocrisy.as always much love from Houston and the universe
