Very disappointing experience. This location has been out of flatbread for two months and was also out of American cheese. On top of that, the women’s bathroom was out of order. We placed an advance order, the app showed the order as almost done, but when we arrived the employee had just started making the sandwiches. Between missing menu items, broken facilities, and inaccurate order timing, this visit was frustrating and poorly managed.

I made a purchase of several sandwiches and unfortunately no bread was fresh, I'm sure they were more than two days old, they are hard, dry and taste bad. Definitely very bad quality of the food.

The man with the glasses is allways so nice, but why the hell is he is all ways left alone.
I see 4 online orders, and two people waiting. Do the managers/owners believe paying an extra person will cost them more! This man is struggling and he’s is nice to everyone. Do better. The usps lady walked away as I was writing this. And he has to complete the all my orders while leaving the the other lady standing there. What the hell management. If it wasn’t for me, knowing how nice this guy was, I would cancel my Order never come back and go to a different spot.

No idea why you got so mad.

Not sure why that was confusing or why you spoke to me like you wanted to fight. I would have been happy to explain what I said better if not for the attitude. Who knows. Maybe I did say it weird vs what I thought I said. (It wasnt even the right bread... on top of that mess)

Id seriously reccomending someone pull the tapes if you are recording and watch whatever that was... You cant hear him but my dash cam that stats running for a bit before it shuts down caught the body language of whoever that was behind the counter today.

Went to another store. No issues with the order and no lunatics.

Terrible service,food disgusting and Order was completly wrong from what I ordered. Was not greeted for at least 5 minutes when I walked in to start my order while workers were on their phone ignoring me.
